Just as I was about to fall asleep, I felt a couple of rain droplets fall on the bridge of my nose. My eyes stayed closed though, I was just hoping the weather would go away. But of course it didn't want to. A couple of seconds later it started to freaking downpour. Just my luck too, the temperature seemed to drop even more. I immediately began to violently shiver. My thin jacket was of course, no match for the weather. Since there was nothing in my power that I could've done at that moment, I just laid my head right back on the cold,(now wet) concrete. Life sucks.
As time went on, the rain showers progressed into a full on thunderstorm. Just great, and I thought my night couldn't get any better. I kept my eyes open now. There was no reason to close them now. Suddenly, out of no where a shiny, black Ferrari pulled over right by the end sidewalk I was resting on. The door swung open a tall man in a dress suit, that was quickly getting ruined by the rain. I couldn't really make out most of his features in the dark, but I could say that he was at least in his late twenties. The mysterious guy seemed to be headed in my direction. I felt fear tighten up my chest as he got closer to me. What if he chops me up into tiny pieces? Or what if he wants my kidney to sell on the black market? That's probably why he looks so wealthy. I bet he steals homeless people's organs for a living and I'm his next victim. It wasn't like I had anything to defend myself with. Maybe if I kick him in the balls then I'll buy myself sometime to make a break for it.
An unfamiliar voice interrupted my thoughts. "Excuse me miss, but what's a young girl like you doing out here all alone? And in this weather??" I looked up and it was the Ferrari man. He was WAY handsomer than I imagined him to be. He had these striking blue eyes, that seemed to sparkle. Especially under the streetlight. And jet black hair, darker than the night, that was neatly styled back. Saying his face was proportionate would be an understatement. He was probably one of the most attractive men I've ever seen in my life, and I'm pretty picky.
"Well?" He interjected my thoughts again, quirking one of his perfect eyebrows. I wonder how long I've been staring.
"Oh um.. sorry. I um, well I-" BANG!!! I was cut off by a booming clap of thunder. The storm seemed to be getting worse. The sky was illuminated with sharp, streaks of lightening. One of the bolts hit a tree nearby and it lit up on fire. The flames quickly spread to other trees nearby and it seemed like they were getting closer to us.
"Hurry! It's not safe out here!!" He shouted over the clamor of the storm. The mystery man effortlessly pulled me up on my feet and grabbed my arm. I would've been excited that such a dude like that was making physical contact, but at the moment, I was scared for my life.
"C'mon!!" He tugged me along and we ran down the street towards his fancy car. God please don't let me die a virgin. The man unlocked his car and I practically leaped in the back. Another flash of lightening was the last thing I saw before everything went dark.
