Secret revealed

I ran back to Reiji's room because I wanted to tell him what I wanted to tell him and knocked on the door only to hear the same 'come in'.

"What is it you need Alex"? He asked.

"You know I trust you. You feel like an older brother to me even though I just met you hours ago". I said walking toward him.

"Brothers are meant to be there for their sister through tough times and keeps secrets. Especially secrets. So that's why Reiji, I need you to know something Ok"? I asked.

"Why with this all of a sudden"? He asked pushing up his glasses.

"This is what I wanted to tell you earlier. Let's just say I know what you are. But If you are my brother, I can't keep my one secret away from you". I said.

"You really think of me as your brother Alex"? He questioned.

"Yes I do. So now I must tell you what I am".

There was a long pause. I really felt like I could trust him just like a brother. I then decided to tell him.

"Reiji I'm a ghoul". I said. He gave me another confused face.

"What is a ghoul"?

"Please tell me that when I show you what I am you won't leave me"

"I won't".

I unzipped the upper half of my onesie and tied it around my waist. Then I took off my glasses and my eyepatch to reveal my ghoul eye. Then I released my kagune.

I had the same one like my only best friend. We were basically the same thing. One eyed ghouls.

I looked at Reiji and he had a face of shock.

"That's why you smelt different". He said.

I then put my eyepatch on and let my kagune back in to zip up my onesie.

"The reason I don't really eat is because I can't eat human food. I can only eat human flesh. But I controlled it and trained myself to eat raw meat. But I can drink coffee". I said.

"Thank you for letting me know Alex. I'm glad that you trust me. It's nice to have a little sister". He said with a smile. I ran up to him and hugged him.

"Thank you big bro. Hey! Want to see how my room came out. It took me a long time but I got it". I beamed with happiness. I always wanted a big brother. I took his hand and ran out the door.

Once we got there we stood in front of the door.

"Before we go in there I would like to let you know that it's very cold and dark. And I hope you don't trip on a coffee bottle". I said.

I opened the door and the cold air smacked us in the face. That AC was so strong that when you breathed out you could see your breath.
I lead Reiji in the room and his eyes widened.

"You made this room look so different. And it's really cold In here". He said

"It took me a long time but I feel comfortable in here. OH! You wanna see my study room"? I asked. He nodded. That's where I had the books at.
We walked there and opened the door to the room. It just had I deal with a little couch and table. Kinda like Reiji's room.

"If you wanna come and silent read with me we could come here". I said smiling.

"I would love that". He said.
After that we head to the dining room for dinner. I sat next to Reiji while the brothers sat where ever. The plates were being handed out. The maid hand me one but Reiji told her that I wouldn't need to have have. I smiled at him when I saw the maid bring back Coffee instead. Iced coffee to be exact. I didn't like eating raw meat in front of people.

"Why don't you think she is eating teddy". Asked Kanato so his bear.

"Oi! Why aren't you eating". Asked Ayato.

"Yea. Why aren't you eating"? Laito asked.

"She does not eat human food". Said Reiji.

"What is that suppose to mean"? The triplets asked.

"Simple. I'm not human. I'm a ghoul". I said.

"You knew about this Reiji"? Asked Subaru.

"He was the first one I told out of you guys". I said smiling at Reiji.

"I'm suppose to be your first"! Said Ayato.

"Why did you tell him first"? Said Kanato.

"I trust him like a brother that's why. I know he will be there for me". I said while finishing my coffee. He put his hand on my shoulder while giving a small smile. Then he turned and put on his stoic face.

"None of you will harm her or I will harm you". He said.

"It's ok big bro. They can't hurt me anyways".

"Oh really"? He asked.

"Just ask Ayato". I said while pointing at him giving him a devilish smirk.

"What happened". Reiji asked Ayato.

"I tried to bite her and my fangs wouldn't go in. Her skin is like metal". He said

"Fu~fu and I was really dying to taste her". Said Laito.

I yawned.

"I'm tired. I'm gonna go sleep". I said getting up from the table.

"Let me walk you there". Reiji said getting up as well.

"Since when are you so nice to other people. You're barely even nice to us" asked Reiji.

Reiji didn't answer. He walked me to my room and covered me in my blanket.

"Have a nice sleep Alex. I will wake you up for school okay"? He said.

"Okay big bro *yawn*". I said. I felt myself slowly drift into slumber. I'm so happy that I have a brig bro now.
