Garnet x Female Reader

Day 1

You woke up to the sound of Steven's alarm clock buzzing loudly. You tried to tell Steven to shut it off but he wasn't there. "Steven? STEVEN?!?" You started yelling and searching. " Hey I'm back!" Steven yelled as he walked in the door.

"OMG! STEVEN I'VE BEEN LOOKING ALL OVER FOR YOU!!" You yelled as you were almost in tears. " I'm sorry y/n I thought you'd read my note" He said sadly  looking down, playing with his feet." Note?" "Yeah I left you a note on the counter" he said with a little smile.

You looked over to the counter and as he said, there was a note there. You groaned and facepalmed. "Hey!" Steven started." Why don't we go visit my friend Connie!". "Sure, just let me get dressed first". "YAY!" Steven yelled. You quickly got dressed and ran to catch up with Steven who already left.

*20 minutes later*

Steven knocked on the door and Ms. Mahayswaran answered. " Oh it's You, Hello Steven come to see Connie I presume?"" Yep!" Steven exclaimed. "This woman is rude" you thought to yourself. "Steven!" "Connie!" They both yelled. They embraced each other in a light hug.

"Steven, who's This?" Connie asked. " Oh This is my babysitter and my new friend, y/n!" He exclaimed. "Nice to meet you y/n!" She said with a smile. " Nice to meet you too Connie" you said with the same smile. You guys played upstairs and watched TV until it was getting late. You checked your Watch.

"Steven I think it's ti-" you started but then looked over too a sleeping Steven and Connie. Connie's parents brought Connie upstairs and you brought Steven home. It started thunder storming so you ran home. You layed Steven in his bed and went to go to bed yourself when Steven grabbed your arm.

"y/n can you sleep with me? I can't sleep during thunder storms" he asked. "Sure" you replied and lied down in the bed yourself. You started singing a lullaby and Steven fell asleep in the matter of seconds. So did you.
