As kids your mother , father , or grandparents always told you, never talk to strangers. As a kid everyone seems like monsters, just like your parents told you they were and to stay away from them. 30 children die today because of a school shooting. Little 6 year old Harley thought " why are people so mean!" That little 6 year old looked at humans as how they acted. Monsters.
Now it's been a few years since then but today is the anniversary of the deaths of those 30 children. Harley, now 15 remembers everything that day. The chaos in her neighborhood,streets, and her own house. She remains calm that's what her mom would want her to be who also died in that shooting, trying to save her child. She lost her Mother and her sister that day.
Harley saw everyone as monsters. She learned as she grew up, the world is much more scarier than she would ever imagine. Life hit her hard. Harley soon found to realize that we're all monsters. Why hide it? Why deny it? We all knew it. You cant change that.
