Leah's POV
"NO, LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!! *keeps running away from the villagers that want to kill her because they found out what she is* *sees a dense forest and runs through the treeline*
The villagers POV
1st villager: wait, she went into the woods.
2nd villager: Hah! She won't last two minutes in there!!
Leah's POV
"I lost them!" *stops running and sees she is in a dark clearing* "Uh-oh, I'm lost aren't I?" *hears bushes rustling to her left* W-who's there?" *pulls out her hunting knife* *sees a blur of movement to her left, but does not turn to look*
?: Ah, you seem to be smarter than all my other prey... This will be fun...

**time skip to mid-battle**

'Huff huff... My right arm is paralyzed due to that thing's claw scrapes'
?: oh come on... You know you can't keep fighting forever...
'She's right, I can't protect myself, but that doesn't mean I'll let her suffer... *creates a shield around her abdomen, (you'll see why later), but her magic is invisible* "GAHHH!!!" *feels a sharp pain in her neck* "no... Let go..." *she can feel her energy leaving* 'I don't have long, but I have to call for help...' *uses telepathy to call for any kind soul that may be in the area* 'to anyone who can hear, please help...' *passes out due to blood loss*
?: ha... This prey was easier to catch this time. *starts to walk away but her throat begins to burn* Ack!!! W-what is- this!!! *begins to desolve to dust* NOOOOOO!! *completely turns to dust*

???'s POV:
I was flying through the trees when I heard a voice in my mind: 'to anyone who can hear me, please help...' I of course knew that this was not my imagination, (that and the voice sounded familiar) someone needed help. I started to fly in the direction I believed was the right way. All of a sudden, I smelled blood, but it didn't smell completely human; even so, I followed the scent until I came across a human. I landed in the clearing where I discovered the human was female. She was laying on her side with her neck exposed, however upon further inspection I realized she had a large bite on her neck, and the wound was bleeding profusely. Everything else became a blur as I carried her back to the massive castle i call home. 'Man, I hope dad doesn't get mad...'

Oh boy!
Looks like a childhood friendship... Maybe not...
