Fallacy's POV:
'Where is Jasper?' He should be home by now...' I kept asking the same question over and over. Eventually, I was about to go out and search, when I heard Jasper's voice: "Dad! I need help!!!" His tone was frantic. "OPEN THE DOORS!!!" I called to some maids, and they immediately opened the doors. Jasper can running through the doors carrying a very curious package.
Dad!! There you are! Please help her! She's been bitten by an enemy Vale...(Vales are enemies)
Jasper, you know how much I disapprove of humans in my castle-
I know dad but she's not human... At least, not entirely... **Glances at the female in his arms**

Well, she was able to contact me through telepathy; and how many humans do you know who can do that...?

*walks out from a side room* What's wrong, Fallacy? Why are you- *sees the human* oh my! What happened to her?!

***Time skip to after treating her***
Leah's POV
I regain consciousness only to find I am on a soft mattress. I attempt to raise my right arm to rub my eyes only to feel nothing. In an instant, I am in a upright sitting position, panic racing through me. I relax ever so slightly at seeing my right arm still in tact. However, it was wrapped in bandages and in a sling. I then felt pain in my right eye, I quickly reach up with my left hand, only to feel a cloth covering it. I was so busy analyzing the damage on my body, that I didn't hear when the door of the room opened.
Oh, you're awake. How do you feel?
Immediately after hearing another voice nearby, I jumped in fright. "Ahhh!!! Stay back!!"
Hey, it's alright... I won't harm you... Please, just calm down...
Y-you don't want to hurt me...?
No, why would you think that?
"B-because- *starts to remember bad memories from when she was younger* 'No!!! I won't let those thoughts in!!' *gets a splitting headache, and starts to cry*
Oh my! Hey, its alright, calm down...
*takes a deep breath, the headache dulls* "I came to this town because I heard that a friend from when I was younger was here... I was so excited that I came as soon as I could, but when I asked if anyone knew where she lived, they gave me a look of terror before running off saying they don't know anyone by the name I asked for... I became scared that something bad happened to her. I didn't leave the town, instead I bought a small cottage that had been abandoned. The seller had said 'are ya sure ya want that house, I heard it's haunted.' Of course I said yes to buying it. I went into that small cottage to see if there were any 'secret' basements or hidden rooms, it was my favorite thing to do. First, I searched the tiny living room, but there was nothing... Then, I searched the bedroom, and as soon as I entered the room, I felt a sad aura. So as I searched the room I looked at a bookshelf on the far wall. It was very odd because, it was the only furnishing on that wall... I walked to the shelf, and began skimming through the titles, none of them interested me, until I came across...

Hahahahahaha!!!! Cliffhanger!! Oh the chapter is too short? Nah... I could write shorter chapters than this.
