"If you are able to. I would like you to move back against the wall. I am going to open this door. DO NOT FREAK OUT! I am here to rescue you" said The Doctor in a comforting matter.
Alls the doctor heard again was mumbling so he knew that whoever was inside had heard him and had understood what he was going to do. So The Doctor took out his trusty sonic screwdriver and used it to open the locked door. It took The Doctor along time but the lock finally came undone and the door swung open. As The Doctor pulled the door open he removed the cloth at the bottom of the door and he turned on the light so that he could see what he was working with. Inside the room was a man tied behind a chair with his face covered with a bag and his mouth taped shut with duct tape.
"I can see that your hands are tied behind this chair" noticed The Doctor as he moved around the room.
"I can also see that you tried to get yourself out but failed."
Suddenly, the victim started to fight and as the victim wad moving the knot became undone and the victim was free. The victim tried to use his freed hand to remove the bag around his head but he noticed that he couldn't.
"Would you please stop moving?" said the doctor "If you don't you will eventually suffocate and die and we don't want that to happen do we."
So the doctor removed the bag from the victims head and he started to notice something about him. The victim was wearing a navy blue jacket and a vortex manipulator.
"Jack!is that you?" Questioned The Doctor as he went to remove the duct tape.
The tape was on the victims mouth pretty tight and it was really hard to remove. The doctor thought that he wouldn't be able to remove it by hand so he used his sonic screwdriver to do it and it did the trick.
"Course it's me" responded Jack Harknesss is a raspy voice "Who did you think it was? Rose? Cause clearly I'm not"
"How did you get all tied up?" Questioned The Doctor who was looking Jack over for cuts and bruises.
"Well as you can see Doctor I didn't tie myself up. I was here doing some work for Torchwood and I was tricked and caught by the Master." said Jack in a quiet voice.
"THE MASTER!" shouted The Doctor "He's here? Oh I'm so going to get him for this I really am! Where is he now? Can you take me to him? I haven't got all day you know..."
"Calm down Doctor" said Jack in his most comforting voice "he's probably at the town hall making everybody listen to him. NOW, I can take you there but I want you to do something for me. I want you to never save me again. I was doing fine till you came along."
"Okay,okay" responded The Doctor "Allons-Y!" yelled The Doctor "I'm going to defeat our long time enemy The Master"
And with that The Doctor stormed out of the room and left Jack sitting there with a look that said there-goes-my-best-friend-off-to-save-the-world-again.
