In a Bar on Ryloth sat a young man who was quietly drinking by himself and trying to not think about his past, the man was about to order another drink when the door opened to reveal two stormtroopers, the man watched the stormtroopers carefully and his eyes widened when they where going around with a wanted diagram of himself asking twi'lieks and humans and and any other species of humanoids if they have seen him, the man turned around and put a few credits down and began to walk past shielding his face and hoping that the troopers wouldn't see him, but one of the stormtroopers looked at him and walked over to the man, the stormtrooper asked him "excuse me sir but have you seen this man?" He went to grab is arm when the man wiped out his blaster and shot the stormtrooper in the chest, with that he ran out of the bar with the other stormtrooper in pursuit, the stormtrooper went on his comm after shooting several times at the man "ALERT ALERT!! Tk-330 is down I am in pursuit of Kanan Jarrus calling in reinforcements!" Then the stormtrooper went back to chasing and blasting at Kanan Jarrus, soon after a while more stormtroopers came and blocked him off, "Halt right there Smuggler scum! Your under arrest!" A stormtrooper commander shouted at Kanan while having his E-11 raised and the other stormtroopers following suite, "put your blaster down or be destroyed!" The stormtrooper commander yelled at Kanan when suddenly a VCX-100 light freighter hovered above them and began shooting at the storm troopers, the remaining surprised stormtroopers began to fire back at the freighter but got shot down, Kanan looked confused at the freighter and then at the either unconscious or dead forms of the stormtroopers, the ship than began to lower down and the hatch opened up to reveal a twi'liek and a c1 droid, "Hi there!" The twi'liek said to Kanan, "my name is Hera syndulla and this here, this is chopper" Hera motioned to herself and to chopper, "well aren't you going to introduce yourself? I mean I saved you there" she motioned to the stormtroopers, "uhh right okay well thank you for that and uhh... I'm Kanan Kanan Jarrus"
"Well nice to meet you Kanan but we better get out of here before more troopers come" Hera began to walk into her freighter with the c1 droid chopper behind her, "welcome to the ghost! It might lot look like much but she can pack a punch!" They headed up to the cockpit where Hera sat down in the pilots seat and Kanan just stood there awkwardly at the doorway, "aren't you going to sit down?" Hera asked Kanan while she began to prep the ghost "wha? O yea" Kanan then sat down on the co-pilot seat, "anyway why where you running from the imperials anyway?" Hera asked while flying the ghost, Kanan sighed "well I'm a smuggler and  yesterday I stole some valuable crates, the crates are at my apartment if you would like to drop me off?" Kanan said to Hera, "and if you want you can have some"
"That seems nice thank you, anyway where is your apartment?"
"My apartment is over here" he motioned to the left side of the towers and buildings, Hera set the ghost down where Kanan hopped of and walked into his apartment, Hera was prepping her ship when her scanners picked up ships, "o no not good!" Hera jumped out of her seat and ran out of the ghost and into the apartment "Kanan!" Hera shouted at Kanan "Hera? What is it?"
"Tie fighters are coming in with two bombers!, forget the crates,get what you need and get into the ghost!" With that Hera sprain out and got into the ghost "chopper! Chopper! Get into the turret!" Chopper did some beeps and with some motions with his arms and got into the top gunner seat, Hera ran back out of the ghost where she sore Kanan with 10 crates and a pack "Kanan we don't have time for them!" Hera shouted at Kanan, Kanan just sighed and looked like he was thinking deeply when he sighed again and lifted up his arm, the boxes than began to hover and they moved into the ghost, Hera just watched amazed until Kanan shouted at Hera and grabbed her hand, they ran into the ghost where they headed to the cockpit, Hera jumped into her pilot seat and Kanan did the same, Hera closed the hanger and the ship hovered in the air where it flew into space where it went into hyperspace, Hera turned around and looked at Kanan, she asked him a question "hey would you like to join the crew with me and chopper?" Kanan looked surprised but he said "yea sure" Hera smiled and turned around in her seat where she went on with the conversation "anyway we should check the crates what do you say?" Kanan nodded and the two of them headed to the hanger, that's where they each headed to a crate and opened it up, Hera gasped and picked up an object "Kanan look!" Kanan turned around where he sore an E-11 in heras hand, Kanan turned back around and checked into his crate his eyes widened and he picked up credits, "credits!" Hera turned around and looked into the crate "this is a lot of credits this might last us a while" Hera smiled at Kanan "and we might last longer when we sell these what do you say Kanan?" Hera smiled while picking up a E-11
"Yep I say we can" Kanan smiled back and there. They opened up the crates and they headed still in hyperspace to the planet lothal
