School ended and I have to walk home. Just my luck.
I said bye to JC aka Jane.
I started walking towards home when someone honked at me.
I look to see Luke driving next to me in his BMW.
"Why are you walking?" He drove at my pace.
"Well because God gave me legs and feet, so if I didn't have a ride home I could use them." I rolled my eyes.
He rolled his eyes and sighed. " Are you always a smartass."
"Only to the special ones." I walked faster trying to get away.
"Get in." He unlocked the doors.
"No thanks, I'll take my chances walking." I stopped to tie my shoeand he stopped as well.
"Come on, I'm trying to be nice." He frowned.
Man, I am so gonna regret this.
I sighed and hopped in the car.
"You better take me straight home, no funny business." I pointed at him.
"Okay." He smiled and sped off.
"Lulu, Why are going so fast? This isn't a race track." I gripped the seat and my other hand on the dash board.
"Gosh, stop calling me that. You make me sound gay." He rolled his eyes annoyed.
"Are you still gonna call me Lala?" I raised my eyebrow at him.
"Yeah, Why?" He glanced at me.
"Well then Lulu, turn left." I smirked.
He groaned and did as told. Once he pulled in my drive way we both fell silent.
I broke the silence. "Well thanks for the ride."I grabbed my bag and headed to my front door. But stopped when I heard a car door shut and lock.
I turn around to find Luke behind me. "Um, What do you think you're doing?"
"Can I use your bathroom."He came up to me. Wow, I never new his eyes were so green. And his raven black hair looked so soft.....
What the hell am I doing?
"Make it quick." I unlocked the door and let him in.
I lock the door behind me and threw my bag on the couch. "The bathroom is through the hall to your left."
He nodded and left down the hall. I walked in the kitchen and got a glass of water.
It's always so damn quiet in the house.
I put my head in my hands.
"You okay?" Luke said walking in the kitchen.
"Yup, just peachy." I put a smile on my face.
"So.... home alone?" He walked and leaned against the counter.
"Yup, it's just me." I nodded slowly.
"Where are your parents and siblings?" He asked out of curiosity.
My chest tightened and tears stung my eyes but I pushed it away.
