WARNING SAD
"How bout this one?" Sabrina asks,holding up a dress twice my size. "Sabrina,that's too big and you know it."
"Oh sorry."
"It's okay."
"How about this one?"
"No."
"This one?"
"No."
"This one?"
"N-actually I like this one!"
"Really?"
"No."
"C'mon Sandy! Pick one already!" She whines. "Fine,ill pick...." I say looking at the new selection of dresses. "This one!"
I cheer happily picking up a beautiful blue colored dress,with white ribbon and an adorable white bow in the middle. "No that's mine." She says. "No you paid for yours already,remember?" "Oh yea. I forgot." I give her a death stare. "Sorry Sandy. Now let's go!" After I paid for my dress we changed at the store and went straight to the party.
"Oh look who's here!" SpongeBob announces glancing at Sabrina and I. "Howdy y'all!" I greeted. "Hi." When we get there the party's in full swing. Everyone is dancing,drinking,eating,drawing mustaches on people's faces,the usual. "Sandy! Fashionably late I see." SpongeBob smirks at me. "Well ya know,Sabrina's slower then a snail on salt." SpongeBob laughs. "Well I'll see you around." I say. He looks disappointed "Don't worry spongie I'll see ya later!"
Thats when I see him. "Jackson!" I call out. "Who's that?" Sabrina asks. "My boyfriend,remember!" "Oh yea." She replied shyly,rubbing her arm and blushing in the process. "Oh yeeeaaaahhhh." I mock her and punch her in her shoulder playfully. "Hey Jackson!" I cheer and hug him. "Hey,baby."He awkwardly pats my back. "What's wrong?" I see he has worry in his eyes. "Nothing,look I got to go..." He trails off and quickly leaves. "I'll go get him don't worry."
Sabrina says. "How bout you go get us some drinks while you wait." "Okay." I replied and sighing. Sabrina trotted off happily. Me and Jackson just became a couple after he broke up with some girl. He still seemed sad about it so I tried to comfort him as much as I could. I was looking for some non-alcoholic drinks. When I find some, I scoop some of it in two cups and scurry off to go find Sabrina and Jackson. Little did I know how big of a mistake I just made,leaving my living best friend and bad boy boyfriend alone.
"JACKSON!" I yell over the music. "SABRINA!" Maybe their upstairs. I thought to myself. I opened the door. I felt like I was going to die. I dropped the cups letting the floor bath in red. "Here it is lady's and gentlemen,my best friend and my boyfriend KISSING!" I cried. "Sandy!" They both yelled. I shook my head not able to say another word and ran out of Spongebob's house. I heard spongebob yell out to me and began to run after me. I looked back and watched as Jackson held him back. "SANDY!" He screamed. "Let Sabrina handle this. She handles everything well. She's perfect."
"Sandy,I'm sorry!" Sabrina cried out,running out to try and catch up to me. "I'm sorry I didn't mean too! I swear!" I smiled at her,tears streaming down my face. "Of course you didn't!" I say,clenching my fist. "It's never on purpose is it Salina?" She straitens her back,looks me in the eye and wipes her tears with her arm,her clean dress mocking me.
"Ya know what Sandy?" She asks as she stomps her food in the ground. "A real friend would forgive another friend!" She yells as she tries to stop the tears. "No." I cried sternly. "You can't be forgiven for this." "Bu-" "No." I Interrupt her with a river of tears flowing down my face. "Not this time." I grabbed the mistletoe out of her hair And I disappeared into the distant world of snow,just like that I was gone.
I ran out into an unfamiliar world of ice,not even feeling the icy coldness of Christmas Eve. Eventually I fell out in the snow. I knew I was going to die here,I just didn't know when. I knew they were going to look for me,I just didn't know if they were going to find me. Here I am,in the darkness in the cold,where there's no one by my side. I feel sleepy,a little nap wouldn't hurt. Here I am,broken in the snow,death seven feet ahead of me. I knew there was nothing else to live for so I just wanted to close my eyes into a sleep which I would never wake up from,where I would be happy,where I would find love. Just before I closed my eyes for the final time,I smiled and let the light consume me,letting the mistletoe fall in to the snow.
Here,I have wings and I can fly like the angel I am,where I found love. I don't have to worry about Jackson anymore because here,I won't see him. I don't have to worry about Sabrina because I won't see her either. I'm happy here. I'm happy. Yes I do,worry about Spongebob,even though I know he will be just fine. Here,I'm Sandra Cheeks,daughter of the moon and snow. Where the mistletoe clutched in my hand for my final moments on earth,will forever remain........ The Legend Of The MistleToe In The Snow
