Time Travelers

Caroline POV
   Nik and I sat in the living room. We each held a twin. He held Nicolette, I held Caleb. We were cuddled next to each other and holding hands. I found it adorable that our new born twins were also, kind of holding hands. "Nik. Our family is perfect. I love you." He smiled.
    "Love. I have an idea." I nodded for him to go on. "We get Gloria to cast a spell to make you an original, that way, we can be together really forever." I smiled and nodded. "Alright love, I'll make the arrangements." Nik went to sit up when suddenly the room went black. I awoke on the floor. I was next to Nik and the twins. We were laying in a hut. I sat up and looked around. It wasn't any hut. It was our hut. I shook Nik. He sat up. "Love what happened?"
    "I have no idea, but this is our hut from when we were human."
    "Let's go find my mother. She is a witch, who sent us back in time before, let's see what is going on." We picked up the babies. I tried to feed Nikki my blood as we walked but she wouldn't drink. I scratched my skin hard. It started to bleed. It wasn't healing.
    "Shit. Nik. We are human. So are the twins."
    "Fuck. Okay let's run faster." We picked up the pace and ended at Esters house. I pounded on the door.
    "Caroline Niklaus. Oh my. Are these my grandchildren?" She asked smiling. I nodded. "How was the twenties?"
     "Good. But how are we here now?" I asked as Rebekah ran downstairs. Rebekah and the rest of the family don't know about vampires now, well except for Ester. She grabbed Nikki and ran off. I laughed
     "Well it looks like your twins are time travelers. They are even more special and rare than we thought. What were you talking about when you got sent back?"
    "We were talking about asking Gloria to do the spell to make me an original. We were sitting on the couch, holding hands and so were the twins and we passed out"
    "Well tonight is the night of the full moon, which is when we do the ritual to change my family. The twins are smarter than you think. They sent you back so you would be turned into an original, along with the family. I will turn the twins as well. They will be their full potential, and they will grow normally and live forever, at age 18 they will stop growing. Tonight is when you will turn. Come in. Have dinner with us, then the ritual will begin." We nodded. We walked into the familiar cabin. Kol grabbed Caleb and was playing with him. He was so fascinated by the baby. Ester called everyone to the kitchen. We ate and drank the wine laced with blood. I gave the twins milk laced with blood. Ester instead of Mikael did the killing to finish off the ritual, since I killed him. She sliced our throats. Even the twins. I was the first to wake. I knew what I had to do and so did Nik. I walked out and grabbed the first human I saw. I drank a sip of their blood and compelled them to come to the house. The twins were awake when I was back. I gave them sips of blood from the human and then some of my blood. Kol woke.
    "Drink Kol." I handed him the boy he drank. I listened to the heart of the person. It got weaker. "Kol Stop. STOP" I ripped him off.
    "What the hell."
    "You can't kill when you feed. You must control yourself." He sobbed.
    "I can't control myself."
    "It's okay. I can help you." I snapped his neck. Finn and Elijah woke up.
    "Lijah drink." He drank hesitantly. "Finn. I am from the future. I know you hate vampirism. If you don't want to, you don't have to drink."
    "I won't drink. I don't want to become a monster." I nodded. Nik and Bekah finally woke up. Nik drank, he knew he had to. Before Bekah drank I fed the human my blood to heal. Bekah drank. She didn't drain him but she drank a lot. It worked. We were the original vampires.
      "Nik let's live out from here together.we won't let your mother curse you I love you."
