Chapter 7: Confession

Allen's POV

I opened the door and there was Marian. Just standing there, next thing I knew I was thrown against a wall and his foot kicking my gut.
Allen.
He picked up my head and started punching it over and over again until I was nearly unconscious. He grabbed my arm and broke it. I screamed in pain.
Allen!
He started to walk off into the kitchen only to return with a knife in his hand. He took the knife and shoved it into my stomach. I tried to scream but my voice was gone. I was going to die here. Cross picked me up by my hair and put the knife to my throat...
Allen WAKE UP!

I sat up instantly only to whack my head against another. I looked up to see Kanda above me with a look of concern written all over his face. "Wh...what are you doing here?" My voice sounded pathetic, it was hoarse and croaking all over the place. "I came to wake your ass up because you were screaming and crying in your sleep!" I put my hand up to my face only to feel the wetness beneath my fingers. Kanda put both his hands either side of my head and I suddenly felt trapped. Tears started to drop down my face and Kanda started to get up. He started to walk out of the room, I grabbed his shirt and looked at him with pleading eyes. "Please don't leave."

Kanda POV

When Allen looked at me with those eyes I just couldn't say no. I turned around and got into the bed beside him. I turned to look at him and could see it in his face just how sleepy he is. I silently looked at his face, his puffy eyes, his plump lips and his flushed cheeks. He was the definition of perfection. I was looking at his exposed chest and had just finally noticed his left arm. It looked like it had been burned. My eyes then travelled over his chest and saw all the little scars that bastard of a father, Cross left. Allen's eyes were slowly closing and just before he fell asleep he said something. Something I will never forget. "I love you...Kanda." And he fell off into a dreamless sleep. Once I was sure he was asleep I said. "I love you too...Allen."

No one's POV

Little did Kanda know, Allen had heard him and was now blushing a very bright red.

Kanda: Well then. -unsheathes Mugen- prepare for and intimate session with Mugen. And Allen's not here to save you this time.

Kiku: NOOOO! -Runs away from Kanda while shouting- Kiku OUT!
