"Then, let's date."

Not surprised, she went straight to the bathroom, ignoring him.

Although it may flutter her heart, she knew it'd be followed by his laughter in the end.

It's a habit of his to flirt her, and both were sure that it couldn't be way serious.

She's stuck in the friendzone, after all.

She slammed the bathroom's door, and Johnny could only giggle.

Walking out from the bathroom, she then picked an emerald satin blouse along with a black coated leather jeans to wear.

After she had finished dressing up, Johnny and Nayoung took the elevator to go to the lobby.

"Where are we going?" As they went outside, Nayoung asked, while covering her head with her hands from the flashing bright sunlight.

"You'll see."

Out of nowhere, Johnny's phone rang. "Wait a min,"

Someone called him, and Nayoung could bother less. She did not get the conversation anyway.

After ending the call, he looked at his friend with an apologetic look.

"Nayoung, I don't think right now is the time to hang out. Sorry, even though I was the one who offered."

She turned to look at Johnny solemnly, probably had learnt why.

"Chan and Rosé invited me to their crib, most of my friends are hanging out there too."

A stern look of her face was exchanged, she didn't spend an hour to dress up nicely for him to cancel it last minute.

She has never been invited to any of his friends. Johnny is a social butterfly, who everybody likes. So of course she couldn't have him all by herself since he has many other friends to care for.

Not only Chan and Rosé, Johnny has this big ass squad overflowed with 10 other people.

And of course, Johnny preferred his squad over  her. It was ten to one.

Johnny's friends would even sometimes wonder, why did he even talk to her?

"Okay, have fun." she said when she actually didn't mean it. She wished his hangout would be a mess.

She was kind of pissed. But she knew she couldn't blame Johnny for this.

"Alright, take care." He ruffled her hair and left.

She sighed with anger again. She felt like she wanted to burn a house or something.

With annoyance not stopping her, her legs almost kicked the bin in front of her after Johnny was not around anymore.

She turned behind, being seen by her new neighbour who was walking around after having his lunch.

"Ugh" She walked past him, unintentionally bumping his shoulder roughly.

Sicheng, who saw what she was trying to do just wondered why this woman has been an angry mess since last night.

Nayoung has left a bad impression to him. How more shameful can she get?
