Beware the Innocent (Closed End of the World RP)

~The Contract~

 (DO NOT RP HERE!!!)

 In the Order of the States of Unified After, We set up a Unification to collide the states into different districts and different sectors. This has been Determined between the War of Commons, That two authorizing Parties will rise for two parts of the Stated Unified After. This will discuses the rules and authority of each group. From now on, People with the general thought of Warfare and unending Dismiss will be known for the Genesis. And the Ones of which promote Truce, and the thought of the Hope in which the World is Sufficed will be Ephesians. These two factions will forever be split with this Contract.

Radical 1:

They cities as always will remain in 24 sections, each represented with One Letter, as population increases so will plots of land. Any Land that is found in condition and has been charted, instantly goes to the nearest town. Lands that strength to the outer Cities will be discussed Further for a spread of cities. Each city will not run their own central Government, Any higher authority shall be therefore Executed and killed on sit. Lands belonging to Ephesians will not he touched in ground by Genesis unless for permission, as goes the other way around. Any Action defying this shows no mercy towards anyone, and will be exiled out of their city as soon as others hear about it.

Means of communication will be used their Cell towers, using Signals and anything you can find. Cities must stay in contact with each other at least once every 32 sun rises. Failure to meet this will not be grated access to trades outside their City. Trades inside the city is not to be brought up in any forth to outer cities, any involvement in trades that do not belong to you is seen as Exiled. Enforcement is not successful unless all cities pledge to take an oath.

We of the People, Therefore promise that if heard of Concerns regarding the breaking of this contract shall take immediate Action to the city of choice and exile the person in question the Person must have at least 6 of the Opposing Sector Emphasis it as well as 2 on their own.

Private affairs will be dealt with inside you city or Sector, otherwise it will not be prohibited in the least. Conflicts between Ephesians and Genesis will not be encouraged, but it can not be helped. We regard your elements of intelligence that Conflicts between two Sectors is not Mature.

Radical 2:

This contract is not to be broken. In form of paper we right, but in word we unite. This contract is only to be separated if both bloodlines of the Contract's owner is to be Killed off. And by the time it comes that is to be prevented from happening. A Child shall birth the contracts name, and make sure of the Contracts truth. This paper is to replace the forming constitution once residing in the Former United States of America, and is to be treated as so.  

  If anyone is to break these rules, Leadership will reside to the next one in the Family line. And they will decide the Next thing of Course of action. If no bloodline is required, then Leadership will be Dueled upon from the Leaders of Both Genesis, and Ephesians.
