Alexis pov

I couldn't believe this was happening! The lights flickered on and off and my friends screamed in fear but my parents were gone so no one was here to help us.

"We're gonna die" Brittany cried

"No we aren't, maybe my mom forgot to pay the light bill" I said

"Alexis I think ima go.." Kimberly quickly stood and ran out my room

"Yeah me too"

"Wait guys, don't leave me here!" I called after them.

I got up and started making my way towards the door, but it slammed shut. I jumped and tried to open it but it wouldn't open. I checked the lock and saw it wasn't on. I banged on the door hoping my friends didn't leave yet , but im guessing they did.

I ran and hid inside my closet locking the door, I shook as I saw the lights go off from under the door. It got quiet.. and then a bang and the nob started shaking. I screamed and covered my face.. when the banging stopped and so did the door nob I removed my hands slowly and saw the lights were back on , I slowly stood and unlocked my closet door and opened it ..

"Boo"

I screamed.

"Alexis! Alexis! Wake up!"

I jumped up and looked around, Kimberly laughed.

"Woah, are you okay? You were screaming in your sleep"

I looked around and saw I was in my living room,

"Umm.. yeah" I chuckled

"You fell asleep during the movie" Brittany said

"Sorry, I must have been really tired" I said

"Hey guys! I found this creepy book from out of my attic. It says if we say a word it will make what ever it is come true" Casey said

"That sounds fake" I said

"Only one way to find out" she smirked

She got up and made her way towards my room, we followed her and sat in a circle.

She put the book in the middle of us and opened it,

"Ok who wants to go first?"

"Me!" Brittany clapped

She turned the pages before reading something she liked,

"Ooo! I got one I got one!" She cheered

"Ok say it" Casey said

"Okay.. est como unicorn"

Out of no a baby unicorn appeared behind her, she awww'd and grabbed it hugging it.

"What-The-Fuck" Kimberly said taking the words right out of my mouth.

"Wow! It actually works!" Casey said

"My turn!" I said flipping through the book

I smirked when I found something about a demon.

"Okay you guys ready?" I asked

"Yess!" They said

"Okay.. ese comin sí demon" I said

Their eyes widen..

"A demon?!" Kimberly said

"Shhh" I said

We looked around not seeing anything, I kinda got upset.

"well nothing happened so my t-"

Just then the lights started flickering..

"Umm.."

The unicorn started making weird noises and tried to get away from Brittany but she wouldn't let it go so it bit her and ran out of my room.

"Ouch! It bit me" she frowned

"What's up with the lights, Alex?" Casey said looking at me with fear in her eyes

"U-Uh.. maybe my mom forgot to pay the lightbill" I said

Come to think about it.. this was just like my dream.

The light fully cut off and everybody screamed, the girls ran out of my room but before I could the door slammed shut and I banged on it. When I turned I was met with a pair of deep red eyes.

"Alexis Alexis Alexis Alexis Alexis" It chanted my name a few times

"I'm sorry , if you're the demon Im so sorry for bothering you . Please leave me alone and don't hurt" I begged

A deep laugh boomed throughout my room causing me to close my eyes and fall to the ground and holding my knees to my chest.. but when I opened my eyes.. the lights were on and it was gone.
