Chapter 10

I took the paper she gave me teared it up and droped it on the floor.Melody said"Ok Uma is not interested in the swim team what about you Helena?"Helena read over the paper and said with her cheesiest smile"I would love to join the swim team and so would my sister right Uma."She turns over too me and gives me the look my mom gives me when I need to agree with her."I said "Yes of course I would love to join the swim team!"Melody smiled with joy and said"Great luckily for you I am the swim captain our practice is after school at 7:00 pm."

As we started walking down the hall I said"Helena I left my ring in my room can you come help me find it."Helena nod and I said"Melody we will be back I just need my ring"She smiled and said"Ok but hurry tho the bell will ring in 10 minutes"I said"Don't worry we will run"We ran to our room once we got there I said"Why are we joining the swim team with a mermaid exactly?"Helena walks over to my bag and tosses my bag to me and she said"We need to keep our good girl covers on so no-one will get any ideas also the best way to do that is by being the cheesy mermaid's friend"As I looked thorough my bag I said"You are genius"then we rand back to Melody.

Once we got to her the bell rung and then I put my ring on.Melody said"This is a joke because rumors had spread at the fire so don't steal my voice or anything when I say it ok."We nodded and I said"We can take a good joke,roast or burn"Melody smiled and said"Is that your engagement ring from Harry because rumors have been going around that you and Harry are dating"I laughed and said"Nice Melody but you can do a little better but this is actually from Harry for my 14 birthday he snook this from is dad's treasure chest and he lost his pay for it but he said it was worth it to see me smile"
