It's So Nice on the Ice

It was a beautiful Saturday morning at the cave and they decided to go ice skating at the local rink. M'gann, Connor, and Kaldur have never been ice skating before so the others just had to take them. Kaldur called Roy and asked if he wanted to join with them. It was the first time that they have been together in about three weeks. Roy, not only wanting to spend time with Kaldur, he also wanted to see Wally look like a fool on the ice. They have been secretly dating for about five months so this was also a way to be together without revealing their relationship.

Although Kaldur has never been skating before, he was a natural at it. It was just like floating in Atlantis in his eyes. Roy stood, well, leaned heavily on the rail as he watched Kaldur skate backwards and forwards on the ice. He did twirls and spins with graced that surprised the team and Roy. He skated to roy and smirked to him.

"Show off," Roy grumbled while smirking to him.

"You are suppose to be skating with me," Kaldr said while he rolled his eyes at his childish behavior.

"I was. Then you went all Olympics on me and I said fuck it."

"Watch your mouth. They are children present."

"Whatever. Keep spinning for me. It's hot."

Kaldur smirked and did a lap around the rink and slide to Roy, getting him covered in a small amount of snow on him. Kaldur laughed proudly while Roy stumbled to gain his balance back.

"You think you're so funny." Roy grumbled while gaining his balance back.

"Yes I do. Now come here." Kaldur ordered while grabbing his hand and pulled him on the ice.

Roy tried to cling to the rail but he clung to Kaldur instead to stop himself from falling. He held Kaldur tightly while he pulled him further on the ice.

"I fucking hate you." Roy cursed at him while trying to stop from slipping.

"I know you mean love." Kaldur said while he stopped on the empty side. "We are going to do one lap around the rink then I shall buy you a hot chocolate." He added with a small playful smile.

"I still hate you," he mumbled as he allowed himself to be dragged.

He slowly pulled Roy onto the ice again with a small chuckle. He turned to face him and sent him a small smile. They soon began to skate perfectly around the rink, after Roy got his balance. He was able to spin Kaldur as he moved around him gently. They looked like they have been skating for years as they maybe their way quickly and gracefully around the rink. But as Roy accidently spun out he almost crashed into a little girl in a pink tutu and a purple coat. Kaldur had to quickly skate to Roy and pull himself, making them fall against the wall and they ending up in a small kiss. Roy smirked into the kiss and made it deeper. Kaldur chuckles softly and returned the kiss before pulling away. They sat on the ground and laughed at themselves before getting up. But what they did not know was that the team was watching from the crowd of people.
