Niall's POV
As my feet submerged under water following the rest of my body I saw her with her eyes closed sinking down into the deeper and colder waters of the ocean. I coudn't let her go she was once mine and will always be. She was still breathing! I could still save her. There was still a chance.
Layla's POV
I open my eyes feeling a sudden jolt upwards hoping to be going up the golden elevator in heaven and not getting thrown into a prison in hell.
I look up to see..it It it's Jai.
For no more then a second but what felt like a eternity we stared into each others eyes. The sight of his beautiful orbs make me feel so happy, just like it was when we were together.
How could I act like this he left me and even worse Abby and her family for . I can't look at him. He can't expect me just to fall back into his arms again after all he's done. I turn my head in disgust I can't do it.
Niall's POV
Oh mmmy how am I going to explain everything to Abby? I can't tell her then she would tell Layla and she would never trust me if she knew my true identity, Jai.
