I don't know how long that stare lasted, but it something crept out of the blue.

A kiss.

A kiss where we held each other and played around. A real life kiss.

At first I was nervous, feeling like I was going to puke right then and there, but that soon passed. I felt Niall's lips move, and I slowly began to move mine as well. Thanks to all the tutorials I had watched [ don't judge ], I knew somewhat how to kiss.

That's when things shifted.

I felt his hands on my waist, pulling me closer. I slightly flinched at the touch. Still kissing, I peeked open an eye, looking down to your our bodies. Niall must've felt something as he pulled away, looking at me. I was still looking down, but I moved my gaze to him. It was an instant reaction. His hands dropped as he stepped back while blushing.

"Sorry..." He apologized, running a hand through his hair. He looked at his feet, and I then felt bad about not liking what he did.

I shook my head. "No. You were fine. It's just me." He looked up at me, and there was a silence in the room. That was broken by pounding on the door.

"Hey Nialler! We're going out to eat! Come on!" It was Liam.

"Not hungry!" Niall called through the door.

"Niall Horan, not hungry!?" I heard Zayn scoff, "Is that bitch still bugging you? Dude, get over her! She's gonna get it tonight. Coming into our house with all that sluttiness... She's just begging for us, right boys?"

I heard them laugh and agree with Zayn. It made my stomach twist, as I swallowed hard, sticking my hands into my pocket, staring at the floor for a moment before I looked at Niall.

"No! I'm just not hungry! You guys go!" He said, biting his lip gingerly with nervousness as he glanced my direction. I shifted my gaze away from him, moving it to the door.

"Fine then! See you later!" Zayn called as the boys chuckled, walking off. Their footsteps grew softer as they turned down the stairs. We heard them leave as I sighed.

Niall walked arms crossed to the window, peering out. He watched the boys drive off. "Yep. They're gone." He said, walking back over to me. "Why don't you run and grab your stuff... You are not sleeping in there tonight. And I'll grab snacks from the kitchen." He said, walking over to the door.

I nodded, turning to the right as Niall turned to the left. I looked around for my room and eventually found it. I glanced at a few photos as I grabbed my bag. Gosh was it heavy. I barely got it lifted as I heard a voice at the door.

"Need help there?" A smooth, deep voice spoke. Defiantly not Niall's. I whirled around to see Harry leaning against the doorframe. I was shocked, his emerald eyes sparkling with some emotion I couldn't read. He got up off the wall, taking a step foreword. My eyes were glued on him.

"Don't hurt me." I said, my tone shaky yet surprisingly strong and direct. I could tell he was shocked by my harsh reaction.

"I'm not going to-" He started, then I saw Niall. He grabbed Harry's shoulder, anger in his eyes.

"Don't get near her." He growled, pushing Harry away. I could tell Harry was shocked.

"I wasn't going to hurt her idiot." He said quite loudly at Niall, then looked at me. "I just heard you in Niall's room, and then I heard you run down here. So I just followed." He shrugged, stepping forward.

"How did you hear me? And what about the guys...?" I asked.

"My room is next to Niall's. And those bastards? Shoot, I'd never hurt such a," Before I knew it was were quite close together. "Funny girl." I saw Niall's face redden. I stepped back.

"Er, okay then." I said, grabbing my suitcase as I shoved past him. I could tell Harry was offended, his smirk disappearing. Niall shot a ha-ha-sucker look at him, then followed after me.

We entered the room, as Niall closed and locked the door. I dropped my bag on the wood floor, jumping on the bed with a moan.

"Ugh... Why...?" I groaned, rubbing my eyes as I closed them. I heard Niall move my bag somewhere, then I felt the mattress curve as he slowly laid next to me. I could tell he was stuff as a board trying not to touch me. I sighed, and I felt a wave of tiredness splash over me as I drifted off to sleep.
