Chapter 2

*Lilly's POV*

"So are you going to take my hand to dance or not?" Asked Liam.

"Oh yeah,sorry," I said. I took Liam's hand and got up. As soon as I got up,Kaitlyn was coming toward me but then she saw Liam and lipped "Yay!!" and gave me two thumbs up. I smiled at her.

She began to walk away and so I looked away and looked into Liam's eyes,his eyes are so gorgeous. They are a perfect shade of brown. They sparkle so much in the light,and whenever you look into them you get lost. His eyes are my favorite feature on him. They are so mysterious,so easy to get lost in and whenever you look into them you can see how happy he is and how content he is with his life right now.

"So you like my eyes eh?" asked Liam. He looked back into my eyes. It looked like he was studying them carefully, trying to figure out what I was thinking.

"What?" I said,trying to not make it obvious that I do like them. I didn't even know he was watching me, he looked like he was looking elsewhere.

"Come on. Let's actually dance," Liam said.

*Liam's POV*

I smirked as I thought of Lilly looking into my eyes so deeply. I wonder what she was thinking.

I decided to look back into her eyes. They were very pretty. They were a medium brown, somewhat the shade of mine. But they were a little lighter than mine. I decided that we should actually dance now, so I said, "Come on. Let's actually dance." I couldn't wait.

So we went out to dance. The DJ decided to play a slow song. I could tell Lilly was getting nervous so I whispered in her ear and said,"You don't have to be nervous. I'm not a bad guy."

Lilly said,"O-okay."

So we found a spot on the floor and I put my arms around her waist and she put her arms around my neck, and we slowly danced along to the music. I was surprised at how well of a dancer she was. It was like we got lost in the music and it felt wonderful. I looked at her, she looked sad. I wondered why, did I do something?

So I said, "Are you okay?"

She said, "I'm fine. I was just thinking."

I said, "Oh okay. Well if you want to stop dancing we can. I can take you home if you'd like.."

She said, "No, I'm fine, we can keep dancing. You don't have to take me home." She kissed me on the cheek lightly.

I said, "Okay and I know I don't have to take you home. I want to." I have to admit her kissing me on the cheek made me feel sparks. It felt nice.

So we danced and it felt like we were the only ones there. There is something special and different about her and I liked it. She was amazing and different than any other girl I have ever dated or known.
