Starting in 2010, schools in the USA began a competition among hunks. (hunk (noun): a large piece of something, especially one of food cut or broken off a larger piece. haha just kidding. its a hottie.) Schools submit their hottest jocks in an effort to show off their school. Also, the hunks have to have girlfriends to root for their respective hunk and look beautiful.
