"I told you yesterday at dinner but you wasn't listening I guess " she said getting out the car

" Yes daddy ?" She said smiling
" What time is your performance ?" I said handing her a $5 bill

" Elise .... Go to class I'll be back alright " I said Buckling my seat belt
We did our handshake and she ran off into school
I Looked in my rear view mirror before pulling off and noticed Kaylina dropping off that little boy again . I wonder if she was coming to the performance...
I drove home and noticed my ex girlfriends car in my driveway. I hadn't talked to her in 3 months. Ever since I told her I ain't was done with her she Ain't been around so it's weird for her to come back out of the blue
" What you here for ?" I asked her walking in my house
"Listen. I just wanted to say I'm sorry for everything I put you through when we were together.. And I'm pregnant " she Said looking at me
" Lauren that ain't my fucking baby ! I ain't talked to yo ass in 3 whole months " I said opening the door for her to leave
" I'm 4 months Bryson " she said lifting up her sweater
I Looked at her stomach and shook my head
"That's not my fucking baby "
"Are you dead serious ? " She said Getting ready to cry
"Lauren you was fucking around on me when we were together so I know yo ass been hoeing now that we ain't together " I laughed a little.
" You think I'm a hoe ? Bryson I haven't slept with anyone since I found out I was having your baby" she said crying
" When you find out ? Yesterday ?"
" A week after I got pregnant ! I just didn't know how to tell you and I thought I'd tell you before I got too far along " she said looking me in my eyes

" Does this mean you don't want the baby ?.. Bryson answer me " she said following me
" Lauren get the fuck on with all that ... I Ain't say I ain't want the damn baby I just wasn't expecting one At this moment." I said going Into my room " ...And not with you " I mumbled the rest
" Im sure we can work something out I mean ... We made this together " she said Sitting on my bed
" look at me " I said Looking at her " We're not going to be together ! If that's my baby were only Co-parenting , nothing more nothing less..This is a mistake " I said Looking down
"Is there someone else ?" She asked
" We're not together ! I ain't gotta explain a damn thing to you " I said Raising my voice
" Fuck you Bryson ! I should call your parole officer " she said Walking out my room
" And I'll beat your- get out my house Lauren " I yelled after her
I heard my door slam and I let out a big sigh before picking up my phone to stop it from ringing
"What" I said walking into my bathroom
"Daddy.. Are you mad at me ? I'm sorry" essence said in a soft voice
" No baby daddy isn't mad at you..I'm just aggravated" I answered
" OK..Well we have to start in 30 minutes..You gone be here ?" She said into the phone

"Daddy last time you promised me you broke it... Are you serious this time ?.. You're always lying to me " She said Catching an attitude
" Calm your ass down , I don't know where you get that getting smart shit from but you need to cut that shit out you hear me " I said Turning on the sink

I never ment to be rude to her , she's my baby I love everything about her , but sometimes it gets hard raising A 5 year old girl by yourself with no Experience what so ever . I know I'm a bit tough on her but she needs it , she can be spoiled but she ain't gone be no pussy. She gone stand up for herself and She's going to have her own voice. And nah I Ain't mean to get Lauren ass pregnant hell I ain't even ready for another baby . And especially with someone who doesn't have shit going for themselves , Elise Ain't gone accept the fact that I got another woman pregnant , she still thinks her mother is coming home , should I tell her now ? I turned around and seen my uncle sitting there with his son on his lap
