This bites

Chapter 1

Oh my gosh I'm such a idiot I can't believe I just did that. Currently I'm laying in a pool of my own blood. My body is convulsing and I'm slowing slipping from consciousness and all I can think is that if only I never went outside to find out what the noise was. In the end my curiosity always won. Let me rewind a bit you all must be a little confused.

It all started like this, it is was around midnight when it began. I am in my living room of my brand new house with a cup of tea in hand and a amazing book. When I first bought the house my favorite thing about it was the fact that it was kind of secluded.  My only neighbors are 20 acres down. Also the back of the house opens up into my backyard which is vast amount of trees leading into a forest.

So from the living room I here a loud noise like a crash from my backyard. So obviously the first thing I did was put on my shoes to found out what the noise was. Which in hindsight I now realize was my first mistake. After I go outside I sneak out to find it was two guys that were fighting at impossibly fast speed. What I didn't realize was as I was walking I ended up stepping on a tree branch causing one of the guys to look at me. When he turned around I froze he had hair that was almost white and a strong jaw line but, that was not what made me freeze it was his eyes they had a blood red irises and as I studied his face I also noticed that he had fangs bearing from his mouth I was about to run and scream to find help but the guy spoke something that caught my attention.

The guy said "mate"

I was lost and confused on why he was calling me his mate because it was a endearment meant for friends. What we failed to notice in the one moment was the other guy had turned around to found out what was happening. Once he heard those word come from fang guys mouth he instantly shot over towards me and that was the point I realized yet another thing I should have noticed that he carrying a knife. He jumped at taking the knife and impaling my stomach with it causing me to fall backwards. Then fang guy came running towards me and caught me and laid me on the ground. This leads me up to where I began here I am laying in a pool of my own blood wandering what just happened and worried about the fact that I'm going to die. While all this was happening I forgot blondie was here and when I looked up at him I realized he was staring at me with pained eyes that were no longer dark red but a crystal clear blue. The next thing he did confused me he used his teeth to cut open the skin on his wrist and forced me to drink the blood coming from the open cut. The last thing I remember was a shoot of pain going through my body and looking up into those beautiful blue eyes wondering who the heck this guy was.
