Hey my name is Sarah I'm 14 years old and before I jump right in to my story about the things that never go away I must tell you about me well you know my name and age so let me continue. I'm 5'3 and I suffer from depression and I'm constantly abused by my parents so now you know me I can share my story.
The things that never go away is the pain that people have caused you and the pain you cause yourself. Well one day I can remember when I was happy and had nothing to worry about but now I'm sitting down with my best friend explaining why lately I don't act like my self any more I use to be a happy person and smile every day but now it takes so much effort to get out of bed in the morning sometimes I wonder how have I not died yet.
My best friend left an hour ago and my parents are gone so I go throw my desk drawer to find something I then find it...my best depression friend my razor blade I slowly pick it up and go to my door and lock it then cut my wrist and watch the blood roll down my wrist then that reminds me the other thing that never goes away is the scars left from what this stuff causes you to do. I crying as I bandage my arm up and lay down on my bed and face the wall and ask my self when will this be over.
Time skips parents are home
I wake up hearing my mom yelling SARAH! I get up and unlock my door and walk down stairs and said yes mother. She then snapped her head my way and say get over here NOW so I obey my mother and walk over to her she then slapped me in the face and punched me in the face causing me to have a black eye then she said GET OUT OF MY SIGHT YOU WORTHLESS PIECE OF SHIT! I quickly ran to my room and cried I soon feel asleep.I woke up to my alarm clock blaring I slammed my hand down on it and got up and grab some cloths and went to the bathroom and took a shower I then got out brushed my teeth blow dryer my golden blonde hair and brushed it I put on my black toboggan, my black hoodie, and my blue bandanna around my neck and walk in to the kitchen and grabbed my book bag and left without breakfast not like I ever really ate. Then walked out to my bus stop and put in my headphones and listen to my music and then the bus pulls up I hop on and sit in the back like usual my best friend does not even go to this school so I usual sit by my self and it's not like I have any other friends.
Time skips to school
I get off the bus and put my headphones away and start to walk to home room not talking to anyone I enter class and sit down in the back then again you guessed it I sit by myself and it's like that in every class. Class starts and the whole time I was either looking out the window or doodling in my paper I was supposed to be taking notes on.
Then there was a knock on the door I look and the teacher got there before I could see who it was and to my surprise it was a new student but the new student was my best friend and her name is Rachel Scott she smiled and waved at me and the whole time I had a confused and surprised look on my face then she took a seat beside me and smiled turns out that's the only class we had together.
