"Alexia... Open the door." He repeated again, though his tone was more demanding this time.
"I don't feel like seeing you right now." My tone was just as serious, feeling a mixture of anger and sadness flood through me. I couldn't believe I had gotten myself mixed up with this piece of shit.
"Let me make things right."
"It's too late for that. Go away before I wake up my dad." Oh how he wouldn't want that. My father had no tolerance for cheaters, especially drug addicts.
Just as I turned to walk back to my room, the door flew open. The door frame splintered at the lock-
"What the hell?! Dad!" I yelled, my voice almost shot out from the sudden fear of him now.
"Call for your daddy all you want, but he isn't home. Is he?"
How could he know that?! The Camaro is in the driveway... Unless someone told him he gets picked up sometimes due to drinking-
"Get the fuck out of my house- who the hell do you think you are?!" I said sternly, letting the anger take over so fear wouldn't.
But still, he slowly kept making his way towards me. Every step towards me, I made one back, trying to keep distance between us. If he had the balls to break in, who knew what else he was capable of. A knot grew in my stomach, something was seriously wrong with him that I hadn't really felt before.
"Oh, I'm about to show you." A smirk grew on his face. But that's not what made my fear outgrow my anger.
Fangs.
Did I not notice these before? Was it cause he was licking them like some sort of animal? How much coke was he on this time? Due to his extremely large pupils, I could only imagine. Even with the brown that was there, they seemed a different shade, darker, almost black. But where there should be white... Was red.
Lifting an arm, he hit the switch on the wall, causing the hallway to go dark. No!
I turned to run, hopefully I'd be able to get out the back sliding glass door to where I could go to the neighbors to call for help-
-Before I knew it, I was pinned against a wall, my arms above my head held with a strong grip at the wrist by his right hand.
A deep laugh erupted from his throat, making my heart skip several beats as my adrenaline rushed.
"You can't outrun me, unless I make you like me. But first... I'd like to have a taste." With his left hand, he moved my hair away from the side of my head, exposing my neck. Kicking him was useless, for he pressed his larger rock hard body against mine. I was completely powerless-
"Stop- please, please don't do this." I breathed as he kissed my neck, his cool lips trailing along my neck. I wasn't about to be raped in my own house, there was just no way.
Dad, please come home-
"I promise you'll enjoy it...Lexi" A soft chuckle followed, his tongue slowly dancing on my skin.
The pain hit me so hard my scream shattered my own ear drums. He covered my mouth with his free hand, as his teeth kept a hold of my neck, paralyzing me in place.
He moaned while my blood was being sucked out of my veins, causing my vision to blur and my body weakening.
Before my world became black, a growl towards the back of my house to my left grabbed my attention. Pulling his head away, blood quickly trailed down my neck from his release on me.
"This cannot be..." He breathed, his eyes locked onto the large black wolf before us, who was barely blending into the shadows from the light behind him above the deck. The deep growling growing louder.
The same wolf from the forest that I caught shadowing me. How the hell did he get in my house?! The sliding door is halfway open...?
It wasn't long till the large wolf lunged, snarling with bright huge white fangs bared, ready to tear the man apart.
I dropped to the ground as he let go of me, too weak to hold myself up from the blood loss. The wolf brushed past me as he ran by, but my attacker moved at a speed that was inhuman. Or was I just that lightheaded?
But they were gone as my eyes searched towards the darkness outside of my home. The sounds of neighborhood dogs barking echoing in the distance. I wish I could believe this was some fucked up nightmare.
Bringing a shaky hand to my neck, I tried keeping pressure on the wound as I groaned in pain. Tears finally fell from my eyes, unable to recollect myself on the floor. I couldn't understand what just happened, despite the proof that was just laid out to me. My head throbbed, hearing my own heart beat pulse in my head as if I suffered a concussion.
The familiar sound of clicking entered by the door to my right, anyone who was ever around dogs knew that sound. The claws tapping against the wood floor as the wolf reentered my home, stopping just after the broken door.
He watched me, freezing me in place as I tried to control the sobs. My body frozen except for my lungs, my chest falling up and down with each breath. Was the blood luring him back? What exactly did I just witness?
After a moment, the black wolf neared me carefully, as if being cautious of me. He lowered his head, then raised it again while his eyes trailed from my eyes to my hand on my neck.
"Please..." I whispered, still barely able to speak from pain and fear. He was so close now, as my vision went in and out. His scent of the forest, dirt, and chilled air hit my nostrils hard. Though strangely enough, it calmed me some.
The darkness took over before I knew it.
