It happened not to long ago. When the accident occurred I mean. A little girl that was just only 5 years old witnessed one of her biggest fear. The fear of being alone. Her parents was involved in an accident that killed them in an instant. It was something that couldn't have been avoidable. Her mother always tells her to look on the bright side of things in dark situations and always pray everyday so god can guide her. That is exactly what she did. She thought to herself "At least they weren't killed in a slow, painful death". You would think that it's twisted for a young girl like her would think that way. In her perspective she thought the opposite. Since the death of her parents she stopped believe in heaven and hell. In general she stopped believing in god. She didn't understand why god didn't help her parents that did no wrong. Her solitude grew more every day. Until she met a mysterious man that came to her like a phantom in the night. He told her to be careful in the future and don't be found. She didn't know what he was talking about during the time and erased her memory. Before the man left, he said "hope you find the light... Nova...".
A loud noise came from the distance and became louder. Light was coming through the curtains, the smell of honey nut toast with spread of strawberry cream cheese to top it off, and an obnoxious loud alarm clock, ringing non stop. A yell coming from the living room, saying "TURN IT OFF!" and a girl coming from the room with a pillow. "Ok Ester i'll turn it off! I swear! Let's talk it ov-" and before she can finish her sentence, Ester threw her the pillow at her face. "Megan! How many times do I have to tell you to turn off the alarm every morning!? I'm surprised that you don't get annoyed just by being near it". "I honestly don't even know myself. Hey where is karla? I thought she would be still here?". "Oh she went to go deliver her papers to Professor Ozpin". "I didn't know we had papers to turn in!?!?!". "No it was just for her specifically". "What did she do this time...". "She fell asleep in class again... she just doesn't learn from her mistakes does she". "Can't argue with that honestly lol". Megan and Ester were laughing until Karla came in dramatically through the door with exhaustion in her eyes and said with a dry throat "Water... I need water..". Ester ran towards karla and Megan ran towards to get water with ice cubes. She handed it over to Karla and said "better?". Karla nod to her to say in response and then said "hold me Ester senpai". Ester didn't want to handle her so she just dropped her. They all laughed together and started to go to the kitchen and eat breakfast.
The three of them were best friends since high school and stayed together since then. Now they attend to University of North Texas. Megan and Karla are majoring in theatre arts. Megan wants to be an actress while Karla wants to make her own production. Ester on the other hand is majoring in art and psychology so she can do art therapy for those in need. It is just a normal typical morning routine that they do. Karla then brought something up that caught their attention. "Did you guys hear... about the party". Megan then said "What party? Are we invited or are we going to crash one?". They just stared at Megan and glanced at Ester. Karla then said "it's Trevor's party... and he invited everyone to go". Just Trevor's name made Ester shudder with excitement and said "OMG WE NEED TO GO!!!!! WHERE IS IT AT???!!! WHAT TIME!!!???". Karla then said while jumping up and down "It's at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and 8:00 p.m.!!!". Megan then asked "What's so special about him?" and Ester then said "He is one the top models this year weekly vogue bruh! Get your head in the game!". Megan then attacked Ester with an anime plush and Karla joined in as well. The three of them then agreed then to go to the party and started talking about dress shopping for tonight.
They already went dress shopping and they were getting ready for the party that will forever change their life... literally. Megan, Karla and Ester were already done with their makeup and started putting to perfume and left through the door.
When they arrived, They were impressed with the decorations and started to get hyped up. Megan was the most excited and started to rush into the party because of the smell steaks until she ran into somebody. It was a mysterious man with black hair and unusual light brown eye color that was hypnotized Megan instantly. The only thing that she thought of was 'beautiful'. He then said "be careful next time" with rudeness in his voice and left. Megan was pulled back by his words and was upset. "What a jerk!" she said while walking back to Karla and Ester. "What was that about?" karla said to Megan. "It's really much to talk about. He is just an asshole" with annoyance in her voice. Karla and Ester knew to drop the topic so they did.
The party was elegant and with familiar faces in the distance that is from the modeling industry. Ester was getting excited and disappeared and the crowd as well as Karla getting distracted an attractive italian man. Megan realized this and started to get food and went outside due to boredom. When she went outside, she saw a man with blonde ashy hair standing outside and looked at Megan's way. It was Trevor himself. He came up to her and said "have I met you before?". Megan said "no I don't think we met until now". He then said "you remind me of an angel that fell from earth. Could you be of worker of aphrodite herself? Because your a beauty i've never seen" while trying to make a move on her. Megan was getting annoyed by this and started to blow him off and said "look I'm not interested. I don't care if you're a model and your rich. Just getting my point across okay?". He then said "don't you think I was doing the same? You think we should hook up". Megan then said "no please get away from me!" and ran away to get help. He then his eyes turned black and started to speak in a different tongue and started to chase her down. He then said "I finally found you. I've been looking for you this whole time you know". Megan was confused and said " What are you talking about?!" and fell on the grass. She twisted her ankle and the demon started to walk slowly while realizing this. He then said "you have no idea don't you... good for me then". "Why are you doing this? WHY?!?!. "Why? Because his majesty needs you and was sent retrieve you. Just be a good girl and let me do so". While he reached out to her, a gunshot separated Megan and the demon. The mysterious man was there and started to attack the demon without hesitation. They were fighting lighting fast and protected her. He then killed the demon and said "YOU TRAITOR!!!!" and vanished in thin air. Megan look afraid and said "who are you" with confusion in her eyes. He then said "my name is Lucifer and I'm here to protect you. I finally found you... Nova". She then looked at him and started to realize who she is. She remembered everything. This is where the legend began.
