So happy!!! My hair has gotten SUPER long recently.
So, yeah. Over the holidays I got WAY bloated, but thankfully have not gained back any weight. In fact, I've lost a considerable amount from my starting point...Of 215 lbs.
Today, I checked my weight, and I'm 189!!!
Having started in only mid November, this is really amazing for me.
Obviously, I'm not at my 'goal weight' or 'goal fitness' yet, but hey, it's progress!!! Especially with having been VERY bad on the diet for, heck, a whole MONTH?
