Today was me and Ethan's anniversary, well it would of been if we hadn't broken up. Me and Ethan decided to split, not because we didn't love each other it's just because things were super crazy with him on tour, and me going to school and all that crap. But we still left it kinda rough. But I heard from his snapchat story that they were coming back home to New Jersey from tour for the weekend. I debated on going to his house to see him but decided that it would be pretty awkward so I just went on with my day like normal. I looked at my list of things to do today and remembered I needed to go to Target to get a few things. So I grabbed my list, phone, and wallet, and hopped in the car.
At the store:
I was done getting my groceries so I decided to grab a coffee from the Starbucks in the Target.
I ordered my coffee to go, and when I turned to leave I saw what I was trying to avoid this weekend, Ethan Grant Dolan.
He was sitting at a table in the Starbucks on his phone, while Grayson was trying to get his attention. I guess Grayson saw me right away and wanted to tell Ethan, but I ran out of the Target before he could see me. I was almost at my car, when I heard my name being shouted loudly. I didn't turn around, I just continued to throw my groceries in the back, and almost got in my car, when I felt someone grab my arm before I could shut my driver's side door.
"E-Ethan?" I stuttered, like I hadn't known he was there.
"Oh my gosh Y/N I missed you so much!" He said while getting me out of the car and pulling me into a hug.
"You did?" I questioned.
He pulled out of the hug and looked confused.
"Of course why wouldn't I?" He asked.
"Well I just figured from the way we left things you didn't really want to see me."
"I know we left things shaky but I really did miss you, I went to your house but you weren't there, I tried calling and texting you but you didn't answer." He said looking down.
"Oh right, I forgot I turned my phone off last night and I never turned it back on. I totally would of answered Eth."
"Really?" He asked with a smile and hope in his eyes.
"Yes of course." I said smiling.
He blushed and took my hands in his.
"I love you." He said looking into my eyes.
"I love you too." I said giving him a kiss on the cheek.
"You know Y/N, today is our anniversary."
"You remembered?!" I asked surprised.
"Of course I did, I've been counting down the days." He said blushing. Damn he was cute.
"That's the whole reason we came back was so I could see you, and you know my family too, but  I just love you so much, and I know your probably mad at me for braking it off when we were on the phone, I mean what a terrible way to end it. But I just hope you'll forgive me, because honestly, breaking up made nothing better it made everything worse."
"Of course I forgive you Ethan, I love you too much to end it."
"I love you Y/N/N"
"I love you too Eth."
"Now where shall we go for our anniversary?" I asked.
"Anywhere you want Princess."
