Nathan's p.o.v
Okay yesterday was kind of crappy, I sort of had a disagreement with my girlfriend Sophie and she left, she went home. I hate the way I treated her and had no excuse all I could do was make it up to her, I rang her and we spoke on the phone for about five minutes eventually she agreed to meet me in a small cafe near our buildings for breakfast.
I got there early and waited for the door to open, I was on the edge of my chair waiting for my beautiful girlfriend to walk through the door and suddenly it began.
Thegirl -
Hey handsome, guess what ?? X.
I didn't have time for this right now but something in my mind made me want to reply.
Nathan -
Hey, what's up ? X
Thegirl -
Well I think I can see you right now, lovely cafe you're sat in, is it your regular place to eat breakfast? X
Nathan -
What really ? Where are you ?, did I mention you're starting to scare me 😳 X
Thegirl-
Don't be scared, babe. I'd never hurt you or anything, speak soon Xxx
I suddenly began looking out the window to see if I could recognise the girl from Twitter or was she just saying that to get my attention. I have no idea what this girl was doing but I was beginning to fall for her.
After another 10 minutes of waiting my girlfriend showed up only she wasn't alone she had a guy on her arm, he was very tall, dark and handsome even if I do say so myself and if she had fallen for him I couldn't blame her after all I'd done.
"Hello Nathan" She said smiling her sympathy smile I recognised it instantly and in that moment I knew what she was going to say.
"Hey soph" I said smiling back at her while her arm candy just walked up to the counter and started to order something.
"I guess you know what I have to say" She said looking at me like I was fragile and broken already.
"Yeah I guessed when you walked through the door with the plank of wood on your arm" I said insinuating that he was thick and stupid.
Sophie didn't say much more after that she just walked over to the guy she walked in with and grabbed his arm a few minutes later they walked out together.
I sat there for half an hour in a state of relief, I guess I kind of knew me and Sophie were having problems but we couldn't admit it.
Now all I had to do was get her out of my mind.......
