*FBI AGENT KATIE'S POV*
I woke up in the back of my car outside my house. I checked my watch but it was smashed and little bits of glass were cutting into my wrist. I sat up and found the brand new leather seats soaked in dark red blood. I took another look at my watch and saw that it was 2:30 AM when it broke down. I glanced at the dashboard. It said 11.38 AM. Last time I remember checking my watch it was 1:25 AM, which left ten hours and thirteen minutes unaccounted for. Then everything came rushing back to me. The chase, the explosion and...... I SAW THE MURDERER! I jumped into the front seat and jammed the keys into the ignition. A man entered my car through the passenger door. It was the guy we had been chasing for three months. I looked into his eyes and realized how handsome he actually was. "Get out of the car." he said in the most heavenly tone of voice.
I turned off the engine and got out. He told me to walk to work and not tell anyone about seeing him, otherwise I would be his next victim. He told me to meet him at my house at midnight.
*MURDERER POV*
I watched as the FBI agent walked to work. I smiled knowing that I could hear everything she said through a microphone I put on her. I walked in through her front door and sat down on her couched. My laptop was next to me so I opened it and brought up the program that let me listen to the conversations. Someone said "I'm too smart for this" and then a high pitched buzzing noise.
They had caught on to my plan and they would probably know where I was. I realized that if I left my laptop there but wiped my hard drive they would suspect the FBI agent had something to do with it. I ran out of the house and crawled through the garden like a Bush Maori.
