*Jun's POV*

His name reminded me of a small kitten, cute and fluffy.

I didn't really know what to do so I quickly called up my childhood friend Dokyeom.

On the second ring he picked up.

"Hey Ju-"

"DK! Help me!"

"Jun are you okay?"

"No! I'm in need of medical assistance come to my house as fast as you can, it's an emergency!'

"Okay! Jun I'm on my way!"

Dokyeom still has yet to realize my amazing acting skills. If I had told him I just wanted to hang out he'd take forever to get here so that was the only way.

A little more than five minutes passed when I heard a winded Dokyeom coming upstairs to my room.

"Jun I'm here are you-" He took at quick look at me sitting on my bed looking at my phone lazily.

"Jun you told me were hurt! Tell me what's going on before I make you hurt."

"Dk I am hurt!"

Dokyeom checked me all around before yelling, "Stop lying Jun!"

"I'm hurt! In the inside."

"Do you have like chest pains or something?"

"I guess you can say that?" I told him with an awkward smirk on my face.

"Jun I'm for real stop being weird and tell me what's wrong."

"My heart. It hurts DK."

He looked at me with a straight face. "Jun quit being dramatic you probably have a small crush shut up."

"DK it's so much more than that!" I looked at him as sincere as I could so he would listen to what I was telling him.

I went on explaining myself. I told him everything starting with how I met Minghao to how I found out his name. He listened calmly and intently to every word that came out my mouth.

After a long pause of Dokyeom silently thinking he spoke, "So what I'm getting here is that you like him."

I thought for a second and attempted to explain myself "No I'm just... attracted to him?"

"So you like him." Dokyeom stated.

"Well. No."

We bickered like this back and forth until I could finally come to my senses.

I liked Minghao

Dokyeom's thought to be pointless words, were what made me realize that I did truly have a crush on the cute boy that plays basketball.

"I told you so." Dokyeom said interrupting my thoughts.

"Whatever, it's just like a phase or something."

"Nope. I really do think you've fallen deep this time Jun. Maybe this is why your relationships are always short with girls, because you've liked boys this whole time!"

"Nope. I'm pretty sure I still like girls."

"Maybe you're bi? Wow I'd never guess that a boy that plays with girls hearts likes boys! I gotta tell Soonyoung about this!"

"Tell anyone and I'm killing you. You leave now please I would like to contemplate my actions."

"But I just got here."

"Bye DK!" I shut the door behind him and thought about things for a moment.

I don't actually like him right? I know! I'll get his number at school tomorrow and if this little "crush" goes on then I will take things seriously.

--

After a good nights rest, (more like 2 hours of sleep and the rest spent thinking about Minghao) I was ready to ask for his number.

I think I am man enough to ask another dude for his number.

I've only ever asked a girl for her number once, but it was a dare between me a Dokyeom. He believed things were always given to me, like girls giving me their numbers, so he made me ask for a girls number.

I was rejected though, it was Dokyeom who picked who I was asking and he just happened to pick a girl that wanted nothing to do with relationships.

Hopefully rejection wasn't on my path today, I would never have another crush again if I were to be rejected by this particular person.

The time came around to ask him for his number.

What would I even do if I got it?

Now wasn't the time to be second guessing myself.

I nervously tapped him on the shoulder, "Minghao right?"

"Yeah! Uh.. sorry I don't think you ever told me your name?"

"Junhui, but call me Jun. Do you want to walk to class together?"

"Sure which way are you going?"

I pointed to the halls on the right side.

"Oh I'm going that way too!" He told me this and I nodded and laughed as if I hadn't already known which way he was going. I practically used to stalk him.

We walked together in silence until I finally spoke , "You seem really cool, if you don't mind, could I get your number?"

He looked at me with a shy face but then smiled brightly and took my phone.

He plugged his number in and we said our goodbyes as he walked into his classroom. I turned back to the next hall and went into my class not caring I was a little late.

I would be late to class again if I had another chance to walk the halls with him.
