My name is Madeline. I live with my mom and dad. I guess you could say we are rich. Maybe. Oh, I forgot. I also have a little sister who is 5 and her name is Sophie. Right now I am sitting in my room holding a stupid book I dont want to read. Let me tell you the story about how I got here.

It was a cold and sunny morning as I walked to school. I was wearing a plaid button down shirt, skinny jeans and combat boots. My hair was in a side braid like always. "Madeline!" Someone shouted. I looked behind me and it was my best friend Mary. We usually walk together but it was different this morning. "Hey Mary!" I said as Mary was by my side now. "Why didnt you tell me you were walking to school early today?" She said with a mad face appearing. "I have to talk to Ms. Clove about a stupid book she wants me to read." I said and sighed. Mary stayed silent. As we reached the school she spoke up. "Here we are! I hope everyone has a great-" She stopped. There was no one. Every morning she does this and its later when people are here. Now that we came earlier there is no one here. "Mary." I said. "I know. There is no one here." She whined.

We waited for maybe 1 hour and the entire time Mary whined. "SHUT UP!" I shouted. She whined more. Finally Ms. Clover walked out of the front doors and came over to us. "Hello. Come with me. And, Mary... As well." She sighed. Mary was the talkitive and annoying girl. In the second grade I had no friends and she was my last choice.

She is also the one who gathers all the gossip and tells me even though she knows I hate it. She is a blabber mouth so she has to pour to someone. Right? We walked through the school doors and followed Ms. Clover to her classroom. She ran to her desk and picked up a book and hugged it to her chest. "Best book ever!" She screeched. "Umm, ok." I said abd stepped back. "Its called Lessons for a Teen. Cheesy right?" She said. "Lessons for a Teen?" I repeated. "Yes." She said.

The bell rang and I grabbed the book. "Thanks." I said and stuffed it into my backpack and grabbed Mary's hand and pulled her out of the classroom and ran to homeroom. "Ow! Stop it Mads!" She screeched. "Oh." I said. "My." She said. "Stars." We both said. It was Baylor Coop. The most gorgeous and popular boy in school. Even the senior girls tried to date him. And he's a freshman!

Hold on I am going to stop the story right here I have to read this stupid book from Ms. Clove. Ugh! Well bye!
