"Okay, so tell me everything from the beginning to now!" skyler sorta yelled into my ear.
"Okay," I said rubbing my ear " well it started when I got home, my mom called me into the kitchen and when I was almost there I heard Jacob and..."
"Wait a sec how does he know where you live? he barley moved to this school?" she asked confused.
"He said he has' connections'" I said using air quotes.
"Oh, continue" she said smiling now.
"Okay, anyways when my mom went to the bathroom I went into the kitchen to confront him when suddenly he's all like getting in my face and teasing me." I said sounding upset,"oh and then he's all like ' you know you want to kiss me', and then BAM he trips me i hold onto him so i dont fall and then when i get up i run to my mom...." I say everything with hand geustures.
Skyler leans back,pulling on the hem of her stripped dark blue long sleeve , her white jeggings hugging her legs and her black and red Jordan's opposite each other.A stunned expression on her face as she moves a piece of her hair behind her ear and plays with her purple tips of hair.
"Wh........" she's cut of as we both see melody, Mary, jocelyn, and madeline walking towards us.
Melody walks in first, she's wearing her white Jordan's with a red strip booty shorts and a crop top that says 'swag'. her hair is up in a short bob and she got red tints at the bottom.
following behind her is Mary, she's wearing her usual outfit, a pair of black jeggings,a stripped black and white crop top, and black lace gloves, along with red and white Nike hightops.her hair is up in a ponytail and her green highlights towards the bottom, her bangs stop right above her glasses.
Jocelyn followed quickly trying to get close to be the first one to the front. her white shorts going a little up her thigh and her one shoulder navy blue shirt is flouncing about while she almost trips on her black and white studded Nikki hightops. Her messy curled heap of brown and dirty blonde hair swinging side to side.
Madeline was the last one she was walking through the crowd as they all seemed to part for her. her messy blonde and electric blue hair looked perfect against her fair skin and her cheeks were glowing a nice shade of pink, she wore a white flannel top with a black and grey school jacket, her shiny black shorts fit to perfection and her teal Jordan's with a black outline looked great.
"Hey" they all said said at once before they started gigling.
"Hey" me and skyler said.
"Okay so tell us everything, from when the kiss happened to the end of the kiss." melody said dead serious.
"Well you don't have to tell us in full detail but still we wanna know what happened at your house. " Mary said looking mad.
"What's up with you Mary?" I asked cause she didn't sound okay.
"It's nothing I'm fine just got into a small argument with my brother over the stupidest thing."she said rolling her eyes.
"What was it?" skyler asked amused, still leaning back in her chair.
"We fought over eddie, he's gotten so attached to him lately and whenever he's over I barley even speak to him, but don't worry it's no biggie." she said brushing it off, typical mary.
"Okay, anyways..... TELL US ABOUT THE VISIT!!!"Madeline exclaimed jumping a little in her seat.
"Okayyyy" I said slouching a little in my chair feelin unsure. I mean seriously, who wouldn't feel awkward talking about having a boy you like come over , wait what? I do NOT like Jacob, literally he's annoying, and mean, and jokes too much, he's rude and.. and sweet and charming, but a pain in the butt, he's like a small dog. sometimes their cute but sometimes they annoy the heck out of you.
now that I think about it, maybe, just maybe, I might like him. he may be all those thing I just said but then yet again he's caring, And loyal, his smile is adorable and his laugh is just soo... Whats the word
.... Perfect. when he moves the hair out of his eyes he looks perfect and the way he's not scared to speak his mind is- hold up, how do I know all this and how do I feel like I know a lot more about him if we just met today?
Did I meet him before? nope have I seen him before? don't think so, hmmmmm. I felt my face change from a smile to a confused look.
"Umm Isabelle," melody said.
I didn't notice I was still daydreaming.
"ISABELLE!" she said a little louder.
"IIIISSSAAABBBEEELLLEE!" SHE SCREAMED IN MY EAR
"AHHH, WHAT THE HECK MAN!" I yelled rubbing my ear from the lack of-more like needed lack of- my eardrums thumping inside my head.
"What?" I had a ridiculous look on my face, it was like a mixture of anger, happiness, pain, and confusion.
"You were tellin us about the visit," skyler said annoyed "does that ring a bell?" she said
"Well the visit itself was okay." I said calmly.
"That's it, that's all you have to say after jacob visited you?" Madeline looked like she was about to hit me with her tray.
" Well, I don't know what to say ask me questions thatll make it easier for me." I said not thinking they would all ask question immediatly.
"Howd it go?"
"Was it awkward?"
"Did it feel really tense?"
" Why are we at the mall talking and not shopping?" okay that one was not on the topic but okay
"OKAY ENOUGH!" I Said
"The visit felt..... " how did it feel, it felt weird, they way he connected so quickly with my mom and how it felt when we were the only onws in the room was... Tense, then how it seemed like he was trying to kiss me like no boy stahp it , how we both seemed to be a missing piece of a puzzle that you just found, all this was going through my head when I replied my mouthing speaking without my brain. "The visit felt weirdly normal, likw he was there millions of times before and how he got along with my mom so easily... It felt like a past memory."
"In other words it felt like he was suppose to be there in, a way." I said
"Okay, how did he find your adress?" Jocelyn said giving me that type of look you make when your trying to solve something.
"his 'connections'. "I said unsure.
"Okay, not wanting to get off topic but it's important." Melody said "since I'm in charge of the camp out this weekend, I want to ask Isabelle if she can go." she said.
"Ohhh, I forgot to mention when I he came to my house he asked my mom if I could go and she said yes so, I can go, I just need clothes for the weekend." I said
All if their mouths dropped. "what" Madeline said
"Yeah I need clothes for the trip." I said nervously
"Girls," she said pausing for dramatic effect," ITS TIME TO DO A LITTLE SHOPPING!!!!" Madeline squealed along with everyone else as we left the food court and ran to the stores.
