I walked down the corridor after double potions with the Ravenclaws. Of course with my luck, I got detention for a week that overlaps quidditch practice. The team was going to be mad to be without a seeker. I saw the team captain and went over to excuse myself from practice before making my way to the Great Hall to eat. I sat between my friend Chloe and her best friend Amber. I ate silently.

When I finished I made my way to the Potions room. I walked inside to see two identicle redheaded boys, that I recognized as my friend Ron's older brothers Fred and George Weasley, and a dirty blond haired girl.
"Hi. I'm Vanessa Lake. Fourth year Ravenclaw. Quidditch beater. That's how I met these numbnuts." She introduced. "You must be new to detention, Snape style. I'm here all the time. Welcome to Hell." She sighed and continued scrubbing a wall.
"I'm Elissa Jacobs. third year Hufflepuff." I replied. It took a (very, very, very) long time but we finished cleaning.
"You may go back to your common rooms." Snape excused us from the doorway. "I expect to see all four of you here, same time, tomorrow." We nodded as we filed past him.
"Bye guys." I said. I started walking towards the Hufflepuff common rooms but Vanessa grabbed my arm.
"You wanna sneak out tonight?" She asked. The twins stood over each of her shoulders.
"I'm in." I replied.
