-Ava's POV-
"Oh honey, you look freezing back there!" Mommy said looking back at me in the car.
It was snowing out and I was so cold!
Mommy sighed. "But we have to go in." She said getting out of the car.
"Mommy! I'm too cold!" I pouted. "I don't wanna go out in the snow!"
She looked at me like I was innocent. Which I was.
"Okay..." she said hesitantly. "I'll leave you here... but I'll leave the car running with the heater on so you can stay warm."
-Meanwhile-
~Cale's POV~
I walked in my house. "I'M HOME!" I yelled through the house.
My mom walked down the stairs. "Caleb Zachary Taylor! I've been looking all over for you!" she said furiously.
I shrugged. "I was with friends." I said plainly.
She smelled me. "You smell like beer! Caleb, go to your room!" She said even more furiously.
"Umm... Mom? I'm 17..." I told her narrowing my eyes.
"You sure are! It counts as underage drinking!" My mom said.
"So?" I said bored.
"That's it! George! Get down here!" She yelled up the stairs.
My dad came down casually. "What?" He asked when he got to the bottom of the stairs.
"Caleb has been drinking again! And he didn't even tell me he was going out!" My mom told him.
My dad looked at me disappointingly. "Cale......."
There was an awkward silence.
"Goodness! Why do you guys care!? I'm 17!" I yelled breaking the silence.
"Out." My dad said calmly.
My eyes widened. "Dad... I... I-" I was interrupted.
"Out." He repeated.
I stood there shocked.
My mom looked impatient. "You heard him, OUT!" She said pointing to the door.
"And don't come back." My dad said quietly.
I opened the door with shaking hands. After I was out, my mom slammed the door behind me.
"Why me!?" I yelled aloud.
"Get off the lawn!" My mom yelled out the window.
I walked down to the post office. "I need a car." I thought to myself. I then saw a running car in the parking lot. I peeked in the driver's seat window. "Empty!" I said aloud. I tried the door. Unlocked.
"This is so easy!" I thought smiling and hopping in.
I turned the key and began speeding away.
"Mommy you took forever!" A voice said.
I widened my eyes. "I hearing things! This is just an auditory hallucination!" I told myself in my mind.
"Mommy?" the voice asked again.
I nervously turned the radio on.
