In the few days Dan and Phil had been reunited, they had caught up to speed. They talked as if nothing had happened. Dan liked to talk about things that made other people uncomfortable, and Phil didn't always enjoy that.
"Phil, what happened? Why did you leave me? I was alone for weeks, and you did nothing. Why?"
Phil looked away, knowing how much Dan had been hurt by his decision to leave him.
"Dan... I'm... so sorry. " Phil's voice caught "I didn't mean to hurt you," Phil sobbed and sobbed until he could no more. Dan looked down feeling ashamed for making him feel that way.
"Phil? You don't have to answer... but I love you, from your bad haircut to your northern accent to your obsession with the word 'Ace'. I love all of it. But most of all. I love you Phil."
