Ashley's P.O.V

As I walk into school I'm hit by the intoxicating smell of wood and a hit of chocolate, I look around trying to found out where that mesmerising smell is coming from when my eyes land on Steven Howard the schools biggest nerd and goody goody. I walk over to his group of friends, I see them all turn around and look at me. I grab his arm and pull him away from his group when I'm stopped by a girls hand in front of me, I turn and see one of his friends"Uh where do you think your going with Stevie?" She says I go to say something but Steven beats me to it "It's ok Summer she's not going to hurt me I think." He says to Summer " Look Summer stay out my way ok and Stevie here won't get hurt yet ok!" I say as I feel my mint green eyes turning red while shoving her hand out me way and pulling Steven to my car " Get in." I say as I walk to the diver side and see hers all ready in good boy I think, as I drive away.

Steven's P.O.V

After we make it to her house which is huge I get out the car only to be pulled by Ashely into her house" DADDY I FOUND HIM!" I hear her shout and see her father come into the room he looks at me then at Ashley then me again " Ashley is he........" " No he's not but I need the truck so I can get his shit." She says to him. I pull my arm from her " Hold up here what do mean by that?!" I shout " Awwww my dear Steven you'll see soon enough." She say and turns around " Now let's go!" I do nothing but follow her out I hop into the passages side. To soon for my liking we pull up to my house " How do you know where I live?" I ask while getting out the car. " Doesn't matter." She says with a bored tone while I look in the drive and see my brothers' cars I feel my tense up when I see them " Wants wrong?" She ask about three times before she hits "What the hell is wrong with you Steven?!" She says loudly to loudly because the next thing I see is my two brothers coming out the house looking at me "Yo Michael looks who's back so early!" Brandon yells "Hi Steven did you come to get your ass kicked now since we don't catch you this morning and then later when you get back from running and hidding till mom gets home?"Michael yells coming near me. " Hi there's a girl with him bro what do we do with her?" Brandon say as he comes closer to Ashely " Steven do your brothers do this to you a lot?" She asks with saddest and anger in her beautiful voice, Why is there anger in her voice? "Yea it happens everyday.'' I say looking at the ground now that me brothers are standing right in front of us. I look up to see Michael coming to punch me but it never comes I see Ashley standing in front of me with his fist in her hand and her beautiful mint green eyes are now red "Steven go inside and pack al of your stuff and I mean all of it ok!"Ashley says with so much power in her voice that my brothers look scared for a second but them is gone as soon as it came, I walk around them and run into the house I and start packing up all my shit.

Ashley's P.O.V

"You guys are sooooo going to pay for hurting my mate." I say to the two vampires in front of me "Awwww so your one of us great." The Michael I think says " Does he know?" I ask tighten my hold on the boy. "No" "Ok so this is what's going to happen you two are going to say sorry to Steven are else ok!" I say look them in the eyes "And what happens if we don't?" "Do you really want to fight the daughter of the Midnight Red Pack's alpha and best fighter?" I ask while laughing at how quickly they tense up, my dad is the alpha of the most feared vampire pack"Thats what I thought now go and I'm coming with you to make sure you do!" I say as they lead me to his room "We're sorry Steven" they say good now go and they ran off. "You ready now let's go." I say. In the car on the way back I stop near the woods and look at my sexy mate "Before you say anything you need to know what I am baby." I say, I take a deep breath before showing him my fangs "I'm a vampire I'm 118 and very vampire as a mate the person that is their other half and you are mine and I'm yours,is there anything else you want to say?" I state as I look down at the floor of the car. Then I feel him take my chin in his hand and then he kisses me "Baby that's fucking awesome!!!!!" he says smiling at my I just couldn't help myself and kissed him with so much force and love and you wanna know the awesome part he kissed my with just the amount of force and love as me "Baby I think we need to get back?" he says I nod and began to drive again what a great day i think to myself as we pull up in the drive way.
