((This was based on the idea of another one-shot. So yeah. Enjoy))
"Go forward and left."
The soft, but seemingly eerie sound of Baby's voice rang out in the terrifying silence. You shook your head. You never trusted the animatronic clown in the first place. Instead of following her directions, you took the risk and steered your way forward and right, hearing the noises of "Ballora". It probably wasn't even Ballora. You saw the poor humanoid robot be "scooped" as Baby called it.
It was upsetting really. You felt bad for all the robots, even if they tried to kill you. Which was strange as you might say, but they didn't need to be shocked or scooped every time they didn't work. That was pretty harsh. Anyways. You made your way... Straight into a door. You fell back onto your bum bum. You stood up, looking and seeing a small light, probably where a key card would be scanned. You dug your hand in your pocket, finding the card you found in the Circus Control Module, under the desk when you were hiding away from the little spawns of Satan.
You took out the card, scanning in quickly, and opening the door and closing it behind you. You signed in relief before stiffing up again at a calmingly angry, but sad voice.
"Why didn't you trust me?"
"B-Baby I..." You choked on your words, hearing a noise coming from the vent above you.
"I thought you trusted me..."
You heard the noise a second time, picking up the tablet, you found that it was linked to cameras. You quickly looked at the vent camera and found a animatronic staying there, like it was peeking into the office. You set the tablet down quickly, reaching for the button quickly, but gasped as a wire wrapped around your wrist, going up your arm.
"Please... D-don't..."
Your eyes widened, terrified. Your mouth was agape as your other hand slowly reached for your belt, grabbing the flashlight and hit its head. The mangled up robot's wire let go of your wrist, falling to the floor in the process. You backed away from it, your back hitting the wall as you shook in fright, closing your eyes tightly. What had surprised you was the sound of a glitching whimper.
You opened your eyes slowly, expecting the thing to attack you, but what you saw was unexpected. The robot's hand seemed like it was clutching its mask.... Like you had hurt it. Its eye watched you closely as if it would be hit once more from you. It sat up, rubbing its mask.
"W-what w-w-was th-that for-r...?"
The voice glitched badly. You stared at it in shock, not knowing what to say. The only one you knew who had talked to you was Baby, simply guiding you through the nights. Oh... That's right... Baby. It was odd that she hadn't spoke to you since this one appeared. And how did this one get in here? Was it always here? Was it the same like the others? That question made you stop your thoughts. It hadn't killed you, or seem to put you in any danger. You've hit it with your now broken flashlight. Now that you've notice, you must've hit the robot that hard. Maybe that's why it seemed afr-.
"U-Um... M-miss-s Night-night guard?"
You blinked a couple times and looked back at it, tilting your head a bit to the side.
"Y-yes...?"
You cursed silently at your stuttering, trying to not seem afraid of it.
"Ar-are you o-okay?"
You blinked in surprised, nodding your head slowly, opening your mouth and quietly telling it.
"Y-yes, just a bit.... surprising it was..."
The animatronic, as you now decided it to be, nodded its head. You finally decided to take a look at it fully. The animatronic was pretty tall, about two feet taller than you. It wore a white mask with a bright red nose, a party hat at a 45 degree tilt, consisting of the striped colors of orange and green. It was kind of cute.
"W-what's your name...?"
You suddenly broke the eerie silence, looking at it. Feeling a bit relaxed, but still had your guard up. It was slightly weird having a conversation with a programmed machine.
"I-I'm E-En-Ennard. A-and yo-you?"
"(Y/n), (Y/n) (L/n)."
You opened your mouth again to say something, but a chime had interrupted you. You blinked, sighing in relief. You were finally free from this job. You turned to the door, walking to it, but something latched onto your leg. You blinked, looking down and seeing it was a wire. You glanced back at Ennard with confusion.
"P-please... Don't le-leave m-m-m-me he-here...!"
The animatronic begged, falling to the ground and wrapping its wired arms around your leg like a child. You frowned.
"I... I don't think I can... I can't be seen with you..."
"B-but... PLEASE! I-I don't w-w-want to-to be tr-trapped here an-anymore!"
Your heart felt like it was breaking. It was sad to see the animatronic this way. You looked around the room and saw an bag under the desk. You slowly made your way over to it, picking it up, sighing. 'I hope this works...' You thought, turning back to Ennard.
"E-Ennard? Do you think you can try to fit in here?"
You emptied the bag, taking out the few tools it had in it. Setting it down on the floor, you saw Ennard staring at you, probably shocked. You saw its eyes light up as it quickly stuffed itself into the bag, fitting perfectly. You sighed and smiled.
"Okay... You fit in there just fine?"
Ennard nodded vigorously as you zipped it up, having a lot of trouble picking it up. You heard a knock at the door and opened it as you saw one of the workers holding out a slip for you. You grabbed it as he walked away. You looked at it, knowing it was something about being fired. You shoved it in your pocket and continued your way out of the building, heading to your car.
You opened the passenger door, setting the bag down and closed the door. You got in the driver's seat and glanced at the bag and unzipped it for Ennard. You saw its head peek out before it finally got all the way out. You smiled slightly and started up the car, causing Ennard to screech. You covered your ears until it was done, looking at it with panic.
"What's the matter?!"
"W-What i-i-is th-this t-thing!!?!?! W-why d-did it-it make th-that s-s-sound!!?!?"
You rolled your eyes, rubbing your face with your hands before smiling kindly at Ennard and explained to it on how a car worked. Your quite glad Ennard understood quickly and began looking at the window as you started to drive home.
~Le Time Skip~
You set down the Exotic Butters on the top of the TV, smiling brightly as you grabbed your bowl of popcorn and sitting yourself on your comfy chair. You turned on the TV, changing the channel to find your favorite soap opera on. You started to munch on your popcorn, but stopped when you heard the sound of something being dragged. Looking to your right, you saw Ennard making its way over to you.
You sighed in relief, knowing it was only your animatronic friend. You blinked and tilted your head, setting down your popcorn on the side table.
"Ennard, what are you doing up?"
You spoke to the robot. You had put the robot to "bed", but it seems that Ennard didn't want to "sleep" yet.
"I.... I s-saw a s-sp-spider..."
You slouched a bit, nodding. Motioning the robot to sit in front of you.
"Fine, you can stay here and watch some shows with me."
Ennard seemed to like the idea and made its way over to you, sitting in front of you and watching the TV with interest. You patted its head, leaning back in your chair and picked you popcorn and smiling. Your show's title appearing on the screen.
Well, wasn't this day just surprising...?
A/n: Yeah, that ending sentence sucked, I know. But I can't believe I pulled this off. I hoped you peeps enjoyed this and please request.
