Part 17

S(in mind)- mujhe pehle usse baat karni padegi , mujhe Sameer se baat karni hi padegi , pehle engagement tod doon , fir Randhir ko dil ki baat bolungi,  hmm this will be right , warna agar usne mujhe reject kar diya to main loot jaungi , barbad ho jaungi

She left Randhir in his room and went back to her room . It was just 5 pm , Sameer was out for his meetings and projects . Sanyukta was marching in her room deciding what words to be used while talking to Sameer.  This was the first time in the whole Goa trip when Sameer was getting importance . Sanyukta ,for the first time was thinking of his reactions , his thoughts , deciding to handle this delicate situation carefully.  She didn't even know him tad bit , how was she suppose to guess his reactions . She wrote a script .

S- Ahh , this seems to be decent with correct language , perfect script , I will recite it to him , hopefully he will agree with me peacefully

It was 7 . She went down and sat on the first table,  closet to the stage . Sameer came . She smiled at him . He returned it . Then she started tapping her feet , desperately waiting for HIM . Sameer was noticing her . She hadn't spoken a word to him . She was waiting . He understood,  she was waiting for Randhir.  He too didn't speak to her . Finally Randhir came after the same boring announcement of Parth . Sanyukta's face finally had the smile which was lacking . Sameer had understood that she was no more his , but his ego didn't let him accept that . After dinner,  Sanyukta held his hand .

S- I want to talk to you Sameer

Sa- sure , come

They went to his room .

S- umm wo , actually

Sameer broke her .

Sa- you don't want to marry me

Sanyukta's eyes were wide open with shock .

S- how do....

Sa- huh , everything is clearly visible , you love someone else and that someone else is none other than Randhir,  right ?

S- uh , wo , haan , you are right , I hope you understand,  I love him a lot , I won't be happy without him , I won't be able to keep you happy

Sa- I brought you here taki main tumhare saath time spend kar sakoon , but here you found someone else only

S- Sameer , wo , actually .....

Sa- you can't say anything , what will you say , apne baare me sochkar you came to me , but ,

Suddenly his eyes went red with anger . He lost his control .

Sa-  but , what about me , I like you too , mere bare me nahi socha , I didn't think that you were so selfish Sanyukta,  selfish , apne bare me socha and tata bye bye, you are mine , do you get it , for a 3rd class guy,  you cannot leave me , I will complete my work within 10 days , then we will go back and marry , and dare you try to run away , aur ye baat bahut jaldi tumhare papa ko bhi pata chal jayegi agar tum mere against gayi to

Sanyukta was crying.

S- Sameer,  I love him , please

Sa- and I love you , now get lost,  kar lo enjoy apne blind love ke saath

S- dekho , I understand what you are going through , par I am not the one for you , we won't be happy together , abhi you want me but later you would curse yourself for not having let me go

Sa- one more word and I'll call uncle , now get lost , mujhe ab jald se jald Mumbai lautna hai

Sanyukta left the room crying .

Sanyukta's pov :

Nahi , main Sameer se shadi , nahi , kabhi nahi , I love Randhir , main , chahe jo ho jaye main Sameer se shadi nahi karoongi,  main sirf Randhir se hi shadi karoongi . Lekin , agar Randhir ne mujhe reject kar diya to , tab , tab main kar loongi , main zabardasti khud ko uspar nahi thopungi,  main uspar bojh nahi banna chahati. Main kya karoon ?

......

She left for Randhir's room . She needed someone who could understand her , support her,  and she had only one person in mind - Parth .
