As I opened the door to let Jacob in the house Hayden rushed to me and picked me and carried me to the couch after. Hayden went back to the kitchen, and I rushed and got Jacobs arm to lead him to my room.
" here's a safe and quiet place we can talk and I can help you with science " i said

" hey Juliana I really actually need to tell you something but I guess it's way to late since you are already dating Hayden. " Jacob sighed and started to get up off my bed.

" hold up Jacob, eww I'm not dating Hayden he's just my friend and you.....you like me since when? Please Jacob come back " I said surprised getting up grabbing his hand.

As I set him back down on my bed , looking at him jacob looked a little sad like he had this thing in his mind since forever , I had to do something fast . " jacob ... I would have loved to date you but you know that secret thing right ..." he nodded as I continue my sentence " well I can't date you cause of my ability I'm scared to date anyone really to be accurate , we are all afraid dear god jacob please understand " as I said in tears .

" Juliana I understand I really do I was the same way until I meant you and your friends but I didn't know about their abilities and second life " he hugged me tightly afterwards wiping the tears off my face , we decided to lay down thinking among ourselves and talk about our life .

Jacob was sweet and wanted to know what my secret life was like I was amazed that he wanted to understand me a little better than before I laugh at the little things like are we like heroes , we talked and talked until we fell asleep me in his arms feeling so safe like nothing can ever hurt me . But this weird noise was to be heard a loud bang and crashing , it woke all the house up , we all heard the noise all the friends, came down to investigate the noise when I walked into the living room there was an unsettling feeling that someone was here to hurt us a man came out ....
