James and Natasha made their way to the floor that Trump was being held on. Two guards were standing outside the apartment door, with a nod to each other James and Natasha leapt forward taking them both out. So far so good no alarms had been set off. Natasha took a device out of her pocket and scanned the keypad revealing the pass code, she typed it in. The keypad flashed green before Natasha bashed the door in aiming her gun shooting more guards.

Trump was there, just standing staring at them. "Look I don't want any trouble" he stated. Natasha held the gun up to his face. Placed her finger over the trigger. Before she could fire an explosion went off knocking her and James back. A thick smoke had filled the room, when it cleared she saw Bruce standing there. Now he would be a problem. Putting her gun down not wanting to aggravate the other guy.
"Natasha.. please don't do this, this isn't you they're-" he never had time to finish his sentence as James had snuck up behind him and knocked him out using ethanol.
Picking up her gun she shot Trump in the head. And they left.

The police had stormed the building along with the CIA. But there was no sign of them ever being there other than a dead president.

Several months later James and Natasha had begun work on a plan to get Lila out of the Red Room's control. However with Natasha being called out on missions it wasn't easy, and she couldn't deny them in risk of hurting Lila. Tonight was different. It was the annual ball that all of Russia's rich and important attended, along with the Red Room's top agents. James sat at the side watching the room, people on the dance floor moving in time to the music being played by the orchestra. Then something caught his attention. A young woman with a young girl at her side both in gowns oh so elegant. The girl wore a skater skirt style dress that stuck out with white netting laced with a purple bow. The woman had a flowing dress to her knees that was black with red lace, a red ribbon held her hair back in a messy ponytail with strands at the side.

"My lady" James said taking Natasha's hand. She smiled as she looked at him. "Are you ready?"
"Of course" she replied. They waited for another hour or so, mingling with the guests, before their plan went into action.

Natasha was walking towards the south exit of the ballroom when she was stopped.
"Madam may I have this dance?" Someone asked. Natasha turned around to see a man dressed in a black waist coat and jacket like every other man in the room, looking up at his old wary face she recognised him.
"I'm sorry I was just about to leave."
"Nonsense why would a beautiful lady like you want to leave? Hmm... Natasha?"
"How do you know my name?" She said  staring at him quizzically.
"There a great many things you do not know child. But know this, this place is not safe. The Red Room they kno-" before she knew what was happening his body dropped down in front of her. A bullet hole in his head.  Blood pouring onto the floor.

James rushed over and grabbed Natasha's arm.
"Come on we have to go now!" He said. She hesitated, she had to find out who this man was. She quickly searched his pockets and pulled out a business card with a name and phone number on it written in gold ink.

James, Natasha and Lila fled the ballroom and headed down corridors hoping to find a back entrance to this place without an alarm on it. James stopped at a corner and peered round firing two shots from his gun with a silencer on it.  The guards dropped to the ground.
James ran ahead of Natasha and Lila taking out anyone in their path.
"James wait!" Natasha called out. "This way." Natasha had spotted an open door which led to the roof.

Once on the roof they ran down the fire escape and kept running for as long as possible. When they stopped Lila looked at Natasha confused.
"What's going on?" She asked.
"We're trying to get you home."
"But I am home, Russia is my home."
"No it isn't, your home is in America with your family."
Lila physically shuddered when Natasha mentioned America.
"Please try to remember" Natasha begged.
"She's right Lila your home is far away from here and there are people there who love you and miss you. So please trust us and try to remember" James said looking Lila in the eye. She seemed to believe him.
"Let's keep moving" James said.

"I think I can see them, I can sense their movements" Wanda's voice came over the comms.
"Can you get a location?" Steve replied.
"Yes, just outside of the town boarder and they're heading towards the woods."
"Everyone head to the woods Tony, Bruce head to the east side, Clint, Vision take the west. Me and Wanda will take the north. We can't afford to lose sight of them Wanda or else we'll never find them in there."

All of a sudden James stopped running and held his hand up motioning for silence. He and Natasha looked around the trees, they were being watched. A twig snapped in the distance. And out came several people dressed in black from behind the trees. They launched themselves at Lila. James and Natasha surrounded her as an attempt to protect her.
A roar of a machine came hurtling towards them and stopped just before hitting them and landed on the ground. The machine was gold and red, it's repulsers firing at the people in black.
"Russians sure do like their black."
"Tony." Natasha said.
"You're welcome" Tony said looking around the place, "you have some explaining to do."
"It doesn't matter right now, I'll tell you everything but first we need to get Lila to safety."
Tony nodded and took a step towards Lila, she flinched away from him.
"You can trust him Lila" James said.
"You can't trust anyone" she replied. Which caused Tony to give Natasha a look mixed of confusion and concern. "Well you can trust me enough to get you to safety." Lila allowed her guard to drop and let Tony fly away with her.

Several hour later Lila woke up. She was on a bed, it was comfy, too comfy. It was like sleeping on a marshmallow. Looking to her left she noticed a man asleep on the chair, drool coming from his mouth and onto his shirt. Standing up quietly she grabbed her jacket on the end of the bed and crept out of the room and into a corridor.
"Hey you're awake!" A voice chimed from behind her. It was Natasha.
"Where am I?"
"Relax you passed out whilst in flight. We're still in Russia but close to the boarder, we were waiting for you to come round and then we're leaving."
"But I can't leave!" Lila shouted panicking. This caused the man to come running out from the room.
"Lila it's alright. You're safe now." The man held out his arms like as if she was meant to know him.
Lila looked at him confused. Natasha placed a hand on his forearm telling him to stay back.
"Lila I know it's confusing, and scary but you have to trust me ok?" Natasha said kneeling down in front of Lila. Bruce and the other avengers had walked out by this point and were watching.
"Ok." That was all Lila needed to hear as she wrapped her arms around Natasha's neck in a hug.
