It was 8 in the morning, and I ate my breakfast at our front yard. I arranged the table outside, and sat at our wooden swing. I savour the view, while eating my strawberry tart. I waited for Louis to come. It was months when I met him, and I don't know what's wrong with me, but whenever I'm with him I feel a spark between us, but he just treated me as his friend. Suddenly Louis arrived at our gate in a car.
"So Vanellope are you ready for the next chapter," he asked."
"Definitely! But first, we need to figure out where it is," I replied.
"May I see the other half of the chapter? Maybe we will find a clue." He stated happily."
"Sure!"
So we kept on examining the page, until I found a similar clue.
"Louis, do you know any plaza near our town?" I asked merrily.
"Yeah, I know a plaza, a triangle one, hey! Wait a minute! Maybe they hid the other chapter there!" he replied excitedly!
"What are we waiting for, let's go!" I replied tapping his shoulders. So we drove to the plaza, and guess what! We saw something mysterious on the top of the tree near the bench where my grandparents meet. Louis climbed the tree, and took the pieces of paper between the branches. I'm so excited to read grandma's story again. We drove to a café. Louis bought me a strawberry frappe and a cake, while I'm finding a vacant sit for us. Louis arrived with our food, and found out that the cake he bought is a carrot cake- my favorite flavor. I squealed, "You love carrot cake?"
"Uh, yeah carrot cake is my life," he replied.
"May I start reading?" I asked, while sipping my frappe.
"Yes you may," he responds with a smile.
