The way his fingers touched my skin gently. The way he looked at me in a placid way. The way he patted my head softly. Every time he looked into my eyes, an urge came over me, devouring me whole.
I thought he was perfect. I mean, his eyes gave you pleasurable chills when you gazed into them. He had this amazing smile, where each one of his white teeth would glow. And his body gave you a sensational feeling when you embraced it. He was incredibly perfect. Well...
Almost. To say the least, I thought he was perfect at first, until I found out about his past. It's not like I'm judging him by his past, and he has changed tremendously, it's that what he has done takes away the simplicity of saying he is perfect. But who am I to judge one person out of the eight- billion people in this strange and corrupt world.
Amber's POV (Point of View)
While I was texting on our light green couch, Dixie was screaming math facts into my ear.
"8 SQUARED IS 64. 12 SQUARED IS 144 AND 10 SQUARED IS 100!"Dixie, is my younger sister...
And she's annoying as hell, I mean I love her TO hell, but she's not always a bundle of joy. To be honest she never was, but she still is my roommate.
"Amber, what is 13 squared?" I chuckled softly and gave her a light punch on the arm. Obviously, the little brat in her punched back. We both smiled though, so it wasn't a serious fight. Her face became serious but she still had her lips trying not to curve into a smile.
"No but seriously, what IS exactly 13 squared." I burst out into laughter, she was too cute!
"Do the math by yourself Dixie!" She rolled her eyes and shrugged before getting up to get her notebook. Before she left, I took out the ponytail in her long, dark brown hair.
"Hey!" I smiled sweetly back at her and tossed her the hair band. Again, her inner brat devoured her and she rolled her eyes and made it even sassier, but that's my little sister.
