Bring it!

So as you may have guessed I am going to the only club in town, The Hounds. I know it's a really cheesy name so is the towns, Misty Wood. ugh just shoot me now.

I really only go to take a load off, flirt with some boys, drink a little bit, and just to escape. I haven't really had a boyfriend. All the nice guy's are scared off by the rumors that swirl around about my dad, and the bad boys... well let's just say they like to play with fire.

I push open the door to The Hounds and get an extra large nose helping to sweat, beer, and smoke. Ahhhhh sweet freedom! I walk to the open bar and order a virgin cocktail. What did you think I drank alcohol?  Not a chance I like my kidneys.

I go to grab my drink only to be intercepted by meat-head. He's a regular here and at my school, he's one of the boys that likes to tempt fate.

"Sup bitch? I just wondering if you'd like to play a game with me."

I roll my eyes. He's such a ass! "Whatever game it is I'm sure as hell not interested."

"Ouch careful you might just hurt my feelings."

"You have feelings?"

"Look I know I'm a jerk, but I do feel and think like a human being."

"I didn't know that you thought with something other than your dick."

"Is somebody on their period?"

"No I just don't like talking to ass holes like you."

I've know this brat for as long as I can remember. It really is a shame though. Zach has smoldering brown eyes and a chilled jaw. His wavey black hair just begs you to make it even messier than it already is. But in terms of personality he can't compete in my expectations.

"Why are you looking at me like that? Oh are you falling for me? I can't blame you I am pretty irresistible."

A hand clamps down on Zach's shoulder. Zach looks up and standing behind him is Alex.

My heart beats faster and my palms start to sweat.

Alex is very well known around town, but he keeps to himself and almost never talks to anyone other than his sister and Zach. Zach and Alex are brothers but they are from different father's. Ms. Ray had Alex with her husband but he just disappeared one day. After that Ms. Ray needed someone to help her raise her small child so being desperate she married the only man that would have her in town. Mr. Ray was a drunk and allegedly beat his first wife to death. Ms. Ray then gave birth to Zach and Tessa. Zach and tessa are twins but are complete opposites. Tessa is just a small timid girl, she is much like a deer one would say.

Zach scowls and shrugs off Alex's hand. "You're always ruining my fun!"

"Maybe I wouldn't have to if you were responsible."

"God! I'm not perfect damn it!"

"I think you've had a few too many we should go."

He slung Zach's arm over his broad shoulders and proceeded to drag him out of the bar.

Zach pushed him away and slugged him in the jaw. "Don't fucking touch me." His eyes promised death and his fists could deliver it.

Zach stormed out. Alex walked over to the bar stool next to mine and sat down heavily.

I silently admired him. His silvery white hair seemed to shimmer in the dim bar lighting.

He flicked his ice blue eyes in at me. "Take a picture it will last longer."

I ducked my head in embarrassment. Was I that obvious?

He looked at me closer. "Aren't you Jack's daughter?"

I froze for a second and looked at him, astonished he knew who my father was. "Yeah how'd you know?"

"I used to see him around town. We talked a couple of times. What's your name again?"

I wilt a little bit. "E-emily."

"Nice to meet you I'm Alex."

"Oh I know." Oh God I said that way to enthusiastically! I look up at him and see him with a sad smirk.

"Yeah guess I can't escape it. And I guess you know me very well if my brother goes after you like he does. I'm sorry if he has caused trouble for you."

I blush. "It's ok."

"Well I should be going. I'll see you around."

He stands up and leaves the bar.

On the outside I'm sure I looked very calm but there was a party going on in my head. Alex actually freaking talked to me! AHHHHHHHHH!
