I helped Lisany up, I totally forgot about her parents and family, who murdered them? Whoever did, better be looking for a way to escape death....
I put her on the bed and dialled 999.
Start call:
999: Hello?
Me: Help, we have an emergency!
999: We'll be right there, sir
Me: Hurry!
End call
Then I went to help her but she wasn't there, where is she? Could she have woke up and ran away? This made me worried, then I heard noises coming from the kitchen, Lisany. I hid behind the door to see what she was doing. I opened my eyes in shock when I saw what was there. There was a random man talking to her and Lisany was using some....force to lift the knife from the floor. What. Is. Happening.
Me: Lisany!
She turned around immediately, the man stood looking at me,
Me: What are you doing talking to that man?
For some strange reason, they looked at each other like I'm crazy, then Lisany opened her mouth,
Lisany: You can see him? What colour hair does he have and what is he wearing?
I looked at the blonde haired man and he was wearing white trousers and a black suit. What was he? A cop?
Me: He has blonde hair, white trousers and a black suit, what do you think I am, blind?!
Again, they looked at each other and looked at me. Just then Sehun came in worried, then he looked to where I was staring,
Sehun: What's happening?
Me: Can't you see? She's talking with a random man?
Sehun: Where?
Me: (pointing to the man)RIGHT THERE!!!(pulled a sarcasm face)
Sehun: I can't see anyone. Where?! There is no-one here except from me you and Lisany!
Then it hit me. The man had a white glow through him. He was a ghost. I can see ghosts.
Me: nothing
Sehun: wait.....your walking again!
Me: Yeah
Sehun:H-How?!
Me: I....
Lisany: He just did, ok? Taehyung, darawa (follow me)
I followed her, and we went into a room and she locked the door, then she walked up to me.
Lisany: How come you saw that man?
Me: I don't know, but is it true? Is he.....a ghost?
She nodded. WOW! I never thought they existed.
Lisany: Well, they do! He's my dad. Dad meet another one.
Did she just read my mind? No, she couldn't have.....could she? Wait her dad? Oh. Her dad.....wait, what does she mean by other one?
Me: sorry to interrupt, but what do you mean another one?
Lisany: Your gifted, you can see afterlifed spirits, meaning you have powers, same as me. Your a demon.
Me: Demon? Powers? Stop joking!
Lisany: Don't believe me? Fine watch this....
I looked where she was pointing at, the fireplace. Suddenly, a huge blast of fire shot from her hands to the fireplace.
Me:....
Lisany: Obviously, you have to keep this secret, and it will take time to get used to your powers and use them properly....
Me: Wait! Powers! So not only one....
Lisany: We can have maximum of five powers. But right now, I know you hate me and want to kill me, but we have to stick together, there are only five people with powers in this town. We are the ones chosen but we have to find the other three. Possibilty might be that one of them is a girl and killed my parents. Anyway, we have to be partners as demons, ok?
She stuck her hand out for a handshake. I took it, from now on, the plan was cancelled. I wonder how long it will take to get my powers. Suddenly, we heard shouting outside, me, Sehun and Lisany went outside to see what it was.
Lisany's POV
Me and Taehyung went outside and saw a girl, about the same age as us, but she is crowded by as group of men, should I use powers, it's a girl, she doesn't deserve to be scarred. I was just about to step in, when she had huge blasts of wind pushing the men back, they ran away instantly. Is she one of us? I ran to her, she tried to wind-blast me but I put up an invisible shield. Then she stopped, knowing I'm one of her kind.
Me: It's okay, me and that guy over there(pointing to Taehyung) are the same as you, okay?
The girl looked at me, then ran to me, but she didn't hit me, she hugged me. I hugged her back.
Me: Taehyung, go to the security camera place and remove that tape, now!
Taehyung ran to the camera place fast, as I started thinking of where to keep the girl.
Me: Whats your name?
Girl: Jessica, but I like Jess
Me: OK, Jess, why were those men chasing you?
Jess: I went with my boyfriend to the pub, then he owed money to those men, but he ran away and those men said I needed to pay instead.
Me: Do you have a home, Jess?
Jess just shook her head, well, I had a spare room in my house, actually four spare rooms,
Me: Do want to come live with me?
She nodded her head in excitement. Now, we just needed Taehyung to return then, we can all go home.
