Ziva woke up with Tony (left side) and Gibbs (right side) at her side.Ziva asked "Where am I ?"Gibbs answered"Your in the hospital" Gibbs asked for Tony to leave the room for a moment and he's going to talk to Ziva without the baby's father.Ziva asked where's her baby and how is the baby?. Gibbs answered with He's gone.Ziva gone mad and freaked out .

Tony got inside with a doctor.When he was given time to talk to Ziva he really did used it all

"How are you Ziva?."

Tony asked

"I am leaving"

Ziva exclaimed

"What,why,

don't leave maybe we could still.."

Tony with an unfinished sentence

"We Could still what Tony?

Still have very dangerous jobs."

Ziva answered

The Gen. came in and said:

"Ms. David,congrats at your new borned! ah, where is he,oh wait he's dead at least that's what I heard."

"Is that a threat?"

Tony answered back

"Oh , I hope not I just came to visit my grandson and my daughter."The Gen. forenamed

"Since when did you cared?

on a Family Oriented problem."

Tony forenamed

"Since when are we considered as a Family?"

Ziva said angrily

"Just get out of here!

Tony can you not see that I have someone IMPORTANT to attend to?"

Ziva forenamed

Tony did as what Ziva wanted and slammed the door as if he was just trying to protect her.

"Ah,Thank Goodness that he is out of the room ah,ugh?,(he sees Ziva crying) what in the world are you doing, crying?At this mission you are not suppose to cry."

The Gen. mockingly said at  Ziva

"We could have had a FAMILY! 

but after all this you are going to need me at a mission a case what are you? a mad person?"

Ziva stated

"I came here to Finish your pain and despair,this mission/case will surely make you the same assassin as you were before you met NCIS"

The Gen. forenamed

"When do I start?"

Ziva without hesitation said

The Gen. gave her all the details and explaind her case the minor things she needs to get is her:

1. The thrust of her team mates and partner Antony DiNozzo.

2.Her Passports and Visa

3.Her head in the job and....

4.Her RESIGNATION papers.

Ziva Agreed to what he wants and needs she had her mind settled to resign even though she is not in a stable condition.

Tony was thinking that it was his fault of the happening,he keeps thinking of resinging to keep Ziva out of NCIS and find a different job.
