Brooklyns pov (9 months pregnant)

Why is Nash always, okay almost always right?

He said that the time would come faster then I would expect.

I am currently 9 months pregnant and I am due in two weeks.

It is currently April, so she is going to be an April baby!

"Shawn!" I yell.
"Yeah babe?" He yells from downstairs.
"Can you come upstairs please?" I ask.
"Of course"

The next thing I hear are his footsteps coming up the stairs.

"Whatcha need baby?" He softly asks.
"Cuddle me!" I yell.
"Really? That's all you wanted?" And he turns around to walk away.
"Your just going to leave me?" I pout.
"Of course not!" He says and runs and jumps onto the bed.

"I can't believe the baby is due in two weeks!" He says and kisses my belly over and over again.
"I know, Nash was right"
"Nash was right? About what?" He asks confused.
"He said it would come faster then I would expect" I explain.
"Gotcha bub" he kisses my lips and I lay down on his lap.

"Are you excited?"
"Of course I am! It's a baby Mendes, and seeing the guys faces oh my god!" He dramatically smacks his face with a surprise on.
"Your so funny" I kiss him.
"I try" he kisses back.

Shawns pov (I feel like it's been to long lol)

Sure I'm excited for the baby to come, but I'm also kinda stressed about it.

But no matter what I will love this baby to the fullest!

"Baby, let's go shopping for the last bunch of needs for the baby" I suggest to Brooklyn.
"Alright let me change"

I walk upstairs and see her getting changed into a sports bra, leggings, and my sweatshirt.

"That's mine!" I argue.
"It's mine now" she sneaks a kiss in.
"Well played Mrs.Mendes"
"Well played Mr. Mendes" I give her a hug and we go downstairs.

A few minutes later we go and slip on our shoes.

"Babe can you help me?"
"With what?"
"My shoes" her face goes red.
"Don't be embarrassed, after the baby's out you'll be able to do it yourself again" I laugh a bit.

I slip on her sneakers and tie them up.

"I'm going to grab some Advil real quick" she says.
"Why?" I ask concerned?
"Oh protective husband I see! For back pain honey"

Minutes later she returns and we head out.

Brooklyn's POV

I reach the kitchen and go I to the cupboard and grab the medicine basket.

I brought it down to the counter and grab two of the advils and downed it with water.

I return the basket to the cupboard and walk to the front door and walk out with Shawn.

"So what stuff do we need still?" I ask Shawn.
"We need blankets, bottles, and some toys since we already have the basic furniture" he says.
"Alright" I reply.

Shawn parks and opens my door for me.

"Thank you" I say and kiss his cheek.
"Anything for you"

We walk into the mall hand in hand and walk to Toys R Us.

"Play let's get the toys and blankets because they are close together" he suggests.

"Awe these are so cute!" I screech.
"Alright calm down, put them in the basket" he hushes me.

"Alright let's go get the bottles and then check out"

We walk over to the bottle section and grab a couple and then quickly grab some formula.

We go to the self checkout and grab the bags and leave.

We reach back home and walk into the front door into the house.

I plop on the couch and wince in pain.

"Are you okay babe?" Shawn asks concerned.
"My back is just in pain but that's normal" I explain.
"Alright if you need anything tell me" he kisses my cheek and puts away the baby stuff.

I grab my phone and check my social media and soon get bored.

Shawn comes downstairs and he lays on the couch and I Kay my head in the nook of his neck.
