Chapter Two~ His Secret

Krystal's POV
"Krystal, there's something I need to tell you."
I look at him waiting for him to tell me. He takes off his hood revealing his..wolf ears...? "I'm and inu hybrid" he says and silence filled the room. "What" I say, confusion and excitement and other emotions running over me.
"I'm an inu hy-" "I know what you said Jay, but what I meant was why didn't you tell me before now?"
"I-I don't know...I was afraid that someone would tell 'him'"
"Who do you mean by 'him', Jay?"
"He's a hybrid hunter. He goes after any hybrid that's not protected by the barrier around the school. He kills them and tries to take their abilities, but he's failed so far and I guess that's his reason to why he continues hunting them."

I nod my head processing the new information I just learned. "Jay... We need to get you to that school."
He chuckles "Yeah, I know but what about you? What are you gonna do once I get there because I'm not just gonna leave you out there by all by yourself."
"Jay you need to stop worrying about me. You're the one being hunted, we just need to get you there safely."
He nods, silence fills the room again "Just promise me hat you'll be safe if we can't get you into the school."
"I promise"
