One day, Edgar thought he'd challenge his girlfriend, Beatrix to spend a day without him. Edgar promised that if she succeeded he'd love her forever.
Beatrix agreed. She hadn't called nor made contact with him a whole day. Sadly, Beatrix didn't know that Edgar had 24 hours to live because he was suffering from cancer. After a day, Beatrix excitedly went to Edgar's home fully dressed in marriage material.
Beatrix smiled walking up to her boyfriend. "It is done sweetheart, I passed our challenge," she smiled. But tears fell from her blue eyes only to see his lifeless body in a coffin. There next to him was a note. "You did it baby..now please do it Everyday..I Love U".
Broken into pieces, Beatrix trembled to her knees hugging Edgar's body. She rubbed her palm across his now pale face and kissed his lips. "Rest in peace. .Edgar Thompson.."she stands up laying the roses next to him and watch as the coffin is buried.
