I looked into his blue eyes that were clear like the sky then looked at the ground again. "What's wrong?" he asked in his melodic voice.

I stared at my shoes, taking in the question. Should I tell him? Should I walk away? Should I say nothing?

"It's stupid. You'll just laugh," I cried and tried to run away. I turned around and swiftly walked, but was stopped by arms wrapping around my waist.

He pressed his lips to my ear. "Why would I ever laugh at you?"

I looked over my should at him watching me with hurt eyes. I offended him. My chest tightened. "Kiss me."

He watched in amazement then slowly leaned in to kiss me. My heart thumped wildly as his lips embraced mine. He turned towards me and wrapped his arms tighter around me, making our kiss more passionate.

"I love you," he whispered.
